They like to steal money from you. Very unprofessional. They make you think that your transaction went but really didn't then when your account is low they let the transaction from days ago go through and they hit with overdraft fees.

It saddens me to write such a negative review of this branch since my previous experience was outstanding, but I find this review necessary because I care to continue banking at this location and hope they can learn and also because I could not find the branch manager’s contact information. My wife and I informed the banker we came in to add my wife’s name to my deposit box and maybe add some cash to my checking account, simple enough. My previous banker at this branch had left so I was looking to establish a new relationship. Immediately after opening up my profile the banker acted shocked and said she “needed” to do some kind of financial wellness evaluation on me and basically asked why I did not have much money or activity in the account. I answered that I had not used the account much, which she made seem like was some kind of sin. Then she immediately inquired about much money I had in other institutions. I gave it a thought and replied I was not comfortable sharing respectfully, I even used the word respectfully thinking she would fully understand. She did not gracefully accept and insisted tried explaining about how she was trying to help us. When this banker realized she was getting nowhere with me, she began asking my wife about her financial situation and about CD’s interest rates etc and asking about her employer. This was unsolicited and quite frankly I brought my wife into this branch so that first and foremost we could at least get our business taken care of first, not be preached to about finances and constantly being told someone is “Just trying to help us” after clearly declining an offer. If someone has to verbally repeat that numerous times in the span of 20 minutes they are in fact not trying to help you.At this point the conversation felt completely exhausting declining this banker’s offers and overly personal questions and we no longer felt comfortable continuing, my wife was not comfortable sharing her SSN to add her name to our deposit box as we deemed this individual to be untrustworthy.My wife is 7 months pregnant and came with me for this quick errand in good faith only to be held hostage with a line of questioning where we were not allowed to simply decline unless we gave the other party a satisfactory answer and followed her script. By professional standards a simple no thank you should be respected especially since our reason was that my pregnant wife would like to wrap up and go home to rest and we shouldn’t have to go so far as to explain that in order to feel heard. I am absolutely appalled by the level of unprofessionalism we saw today especially coming from a reputable bank like Key Bank.I would like to give the benefit of the doubt that they just simply need retraining or received unrealistic quotas to keep her job, because outside of this she seemed like a nice enough lady. While sitting in that chair it felt like she was a predator and we were prey, absolutely the first time in my life and hoping to god the last time we have to feel this way at a bank of all places where our experiences have always been genuinely positive. This kind of individual when confronted will act surprised and give reasons that make sense on the surface “ I was just letting them know…etc” deflecting the fact that is it about HOW you deliver the information and your reaction after and the ability to gracefully take a no. Again this individual was extremely aggressive, pushy, and quite frankly manipulative.I am determined to leave this one star review up until a branch manger reaches out with a communication, real and genuine not just a canned response. Again I really enjoy this branch and have also heard great things about the branch manager, so I believe this is just a rouge employee. I am not angry, just deeply disappointed that this level of unprofessionalism was allowed to happen and disoriented from the interaction that has left me still in a state of shock.

cashes fraudulent checks and takes no responsibility for participating in criminal activity. We had a check stolen and they cashed it for the thief and fail to respond to our bank.

I work in the area and was considering an account here. Due to the rude customer service and not even being able to buy a roll of quarters for laundry from them, i think i will pass.

I visited the ATM and it did not eat my card (thank God!) Pro tip: The ATM is located on the lower level of the building, in the parking garage with a separate entrance. You enter through a separate driveway, slightly downhill and West is the building's entrance.

I went to withdraw money from a KeyBank ATM and the machine ate my card. I called the number on the machine for assistance. The first person I was connected with couldn't help me, so he transferred me over to another department. She couldn't help me. I asked to speak with a supervisor. No one seemed concerned the ATM machine was broken and all they offered was a new debit card- that would arrive in 7-10 business days including weekends. Until then, my funds are frozen, but they'd be able to pull $15 out to expedite my debit card to be shipped to me, that may or not be refunded back to me; all because of an ATM machine of theirs that is broken that took my card. I am not impressed with their customer service. And less impressed with their ATM machine which no one asked where it was in order for it to be fixed to stop this from happening to other customers! sad review and disappointed. Now I'm left without a debit card and unable to get my money.

Awful service! was told they were too busy to help with my account, while I watched them end phone calls and dial into new calls multiple times. I then went to the branch manager and got the same response.
