PSA! DO NOT BANK HERE! Horrible customer service! I went into this location to cash a check like I normally can at a key bank(note: my check is a key bank check) and was told I can't cash it because I don't have an account. However, at the key bank in Newcastle I am always able to cash a check! Without an account because it is a KEY BANK CHECK. When I asked for the branch managers name and the associate working at the time they refused! This happened today at 11am at the factoria location. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS BANK!!!

I never leave reviews but the manager at this location is just rude in every aspect. Horrible customer service and cruel to her staff. She has no patience and will raise her voice at them and sigh out loud if they don’t understand something. Part of the job is managing and training your employees. I manage one of the businesses in this strip and every single time we come in, she has an attitude and seems annoyed at having to do her job and manage. She belittles her staff in front of customers and physically will nudge them out of the way. I feel bad for these employees and they should not be treated like that. Lady needs to get over herself, it is ridiculous.

Worst experience in my life with a big bank.I tried to apply a car loan from the Key Bank Factoria branch. I have very high credit score that I could get loan from any bank.This branch did the classic bait-and-switch strategy. They promised me an attractive loan rate at first, told me I was officially approved but kept delaying the process for about 14 days. On the day I needed to pick up the car, they suddenly raised to rate by another 1%. They also asked me to open up checking and savings accounts and deposit large amount of money and set up direct pay, but they never gave me the opening bonus ($400) that they promised. The banker and the store manager were very unprofessional. They had never heard of a preapproval letter when I requested it.I was very frustrated and I called a different bank for 5 minutes. Immediately after I hanged up the phone I received the approval letter with great rates and I used it to settle down the purchase at the dealership on that day.I called Key Bank customer service and reported the issue twice. I have not received any explanations or follow-ups. Apparently they did not care.

This bank is one of the low end Banks to bank at every time I come here there's always a problem something is always behind or they can't actually do anything for me definitely don't go here if you're in a hurry of any sort do not go here it's like the ice cream machine at McDonald's.

Their employees are not well trained. I visited the bank to close my HELOC accounts. And forty days later when I tried to refinance my primary loan and surprisingly I found the HELOCs are still open.

Don't go hear for a loan, the loan officers don't listen to you whatsoever. We went through the whole process of trying to get a home loan and 2 days before we were supposed to close on the house they let us know that they couldn't accept my income because I was a "contractor". The loan officer then claimed that we never told him this, but we told him day one and asked which employer information they would like. The officer kept lying to cover their tracks and it was infuriating. We are now left scrambling to get another loan approved and all the other lenders we have talked to agree that my income should not have been discounted.

The new Key Bank location is amazing. It's located by the only grocery store in Factoria now (Safeway R.I.P.). Everybody was very friendly and they went out of there way to make sure I got what I needed. As a kind of needy person, they spent tons of time making sure I got what works for me.

Honestly I have been coming to this location for six years even before it was in this parking lot and I can't say I've ever had poor service before but given this time I am very disappointed I am on able to cancel the payment through PayPal because of whichever instructions do not apply any longer so to fast track this I called this KeyBank location the woman told me that they cannot cancel my transaction for me and I would have to go through PayPal but I could call the number on the back of my debit card and they might Be able to cancel it for me needless to say I was very upset to find out this information what is the point of a location if you cannot cancel my transaction for me I was not happy I was treated poorly I let them know that and then I hung up directly after they called back I assume to grill me about how I ended the conversation this is horrible customer service , I and anyone that I ever talk to you will never go to this branch again horrible customer service and apparently very ill informed and Or trained employees pitiful

Unfortunately, I've got a really BAD EXPERIENCE with this bank. I've got 2 coupons- one from your bank and the other from the Chase bank over 3 months ago saying that if I open a bank account and set a direct deposit of minimum $500/month from the employer i would get $400 (in case of the Chase bank it was $300). The Chase bank rewarded me $300 3 weeks after opening the bank account and setting the direct deposit. From your bank I haven't got anything. I called your bank over a month ago and I was told not to worry, that everything is alright and that I have to wait 90 days after completing requirements. Over 100 days passed and I didn't get anything. I went to the branch in Bellevue, WA next to Factoria and I was told by the employer S.P. (I still have her business card in my bag) to go to the branch I opened the bank account with and ask them for the reason of not being rewarded despite of completing requirements. I told her I cannot commute to Sammamish, WA anymore as I do not have a car and live right now much further from Sammamish, WA than I lived before. She said she would investigate the case and would call me back by 5pm the same day. I waited for the phone call and she did not call me. I went to this branch the next day, the woman I talked to the previous day wasn't there and another one after listening to me and checking my bank account said it's not her area of expertise and asked me to call the customer service. I contacted the customer service via online chat and I was told they have no access to my bank account right now and to describe the problem from my account and I would be answered within 48 hours. 48 hours passed and I did not get any answer. I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANY BANK. A total ignorance of the client and it looks like the offer of getting money for opening the bank account and setting a direct deposit is a SCAM just to get clients. I'm really disappointed how naive I was to trust you and how much time I wasted for trying to try to communicate with you without any result. I'm going to close the bank account in your bank next week for which I'm going to be charge $25. Shame on you for CHEATING people so much!
