Oh my god! Thank god Galina Gaysinskaya left. Have waited for this day for over 10 years. I remember when my child went to The bank to deposit his first paycheck he had a minor saving account and she called account not real because it was called key4kids and it was made for children and not a real account he was only 10. She is always slow and try to ask her coworkers to do everything for her One time. But it’s so sad that she went to my second favorite branch that I use it’s like this lady is following me around I hope she leaves Keybank one day.

The worst bank experience I've ever had, was treated so badly and had nothing but judgment and suspicion from the manager lady. I changed my mind about opening the account because I cannot bank with a bank who's employees treat people that way but the girl Tiffany who was helping me was very nice but her manager definitely needs to learn to treat people with respect and kindness and not be so judgmental. She definitely doesn't need to be working with the general public cuz she has no customer service skills. This world needs less people like her it's so irritating why people are like that.

Horrible customer service! If I could put a negative star here, I would! I glanced through the reviews, and everything being said is actually true. I felt the customer service rep was interrogating us. Not really a good way to entertain prospective customers. Avoid going to this place if you can. Just horrible-horrible!!

The interaction with the staff at this branch is very disappointing. I felt I was interrupting them from doing nothing, as there was no customers in the bank. But, still they didn't smile. They weren't friendly, in the slightest. I will not be doing business with this particular branch, unless I have no other choice.

I've been on the verge of quitting Key for a while now but my experience over the last 2 weeks has been the final straw. I've been annoyed at the constant up selling and ling waits but my family has bank with Key my entire life and it's such a pain to close an account. HOWEVER. My husband and I are buying a house. My parents are selling their house and moving in with us. My parents decide that since they need to fix their house up to put it on the market they will get a HELOC and gift us a down payment. Hold on to your butts. This is where the trouble starts. They go to Key because it's our family bank. The "personal banker", Miles, processes HELOC but neglects to inform them that there is a three day waiting period before funds will be available after the loan is finalized. They get notified the loan is approved the Wednesday before close. They call Miles. Oops! Miles can't come in to sign papers until Saturday because he's at a training seminar. Okay, this is cutting it real close but Rocket Mortgage is awesome and swears we can get this done. Saturday they go in and OOPS didn't I tell you there is a three day waiting period? No? Well funds won't be available until the day of close. So Miles writes a letter to our mortgage company and the sellers that funds will be available the next FRIDAY (original closing) at 9am. Some of you with better math skills than Miles will notice that's 6 days. Saturday doesn't count, Monday is a bank holiday which doesn't count so the three days are Tuesday through Thursday of the following week. Friday should be the FOURTH DAY. Okay, so sellers are pissed at extension but the "official" letter comforts all of us and we move close. 9am Friday. Little worried because dad checked online and the HELOC doesn't show. Teller can't find loan. Miles IS NOT THERE. Oh, he may not be there because he has another training. Wait, no, he is coming in. So at 9:20 this dude rolls up with a FULL STARBUCKS CUP He can't figure why it's not showing up. It's approved in the main system but his branch system says Saturday. He calls a bunch of internal CSR's and they all say can't be helped not available till the next day. No explanation as to why from anyone. At this point I have been standing for over an hour. At no point does he offer me a chair. I could have pulled one up but I'm want to see how far this will go. Some time during hour two he FINALLY calls someone above him. They tell him to find a paper form and they will authorize the money. He can't find the form. It takes him three trips and he says it's because his head teller is on MEDICAL LEAVE. WHY? Why would you tells us this lady's business?? Finally confront him about the letter saying the funds will be available, we get no response. No, this is a computer glitch. No, I was wrong. No apology. Nothing. Just deflection We do get a story about his college wrestling career and how he scored a great deal on an apartment. I'M STILL STANDING HOUR THREE. Finally he says everything is fixed and we go up to "his" teller window. HE CAN'T LOG IN. STILL STANDING He calls the Area Leader again. We can literally see the money. He's taken over another tellers window. I think he's doing this under her log in. I also think she knows that he's an idiot. We move back and forth between windows at least6 times. He keeps rushing back to his desk to chat with someone and then back to the phone. STILL STANDING. STILL NO EXPLANATION. FINALLY AFTER THREE AND A HALF HOURS: nope sorry, the money will be ready tomorrow at 10am. Okay, can we have something written to that effect (not that this means anything)? Well, you can have this internal form I scribbled on. WTH? "well you asked for documentation and this is what I have" Really Miles? I get that your embarras

As of 8/9/2018 2:00 pm the banker that works at this branch does not know anything about what she is doing. She says that she just recently got her notary license. How can you get a license like that and still not be able to do your job.
