the employee inside he help me fill the gas for my four tires, he was so nice and so patient about that. I so appreciate him, at that time he was very busy but he still spent time to help me!👍🫶

I went to Les Schwab in Bellevue today morning and I’m beyond frustrated. I only asked for an alignment check, not an adjustment. Even if my car needed it, I would NOT have done it that day because I had to get to work. Instead, they started the job without asking, made me late, and then told me I’d have to come back to finish a service I never wanted — and pay for it too.
It’s hard to explain how angry I was. Being late for something important was already bad, but hearing that I’m stuck paying for this and wasting more time made it even worse. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Got a nail in my tire over the weekend and thought it was gonna be a multi-hundred dollar and multi-hour ordeal to get it fixed.
Brought it into Les Schwab on Monday morning at a friend’s suggestion - Marco had the car in and out in less than 40 minutes. And as a complimentary service.
This place is awesome and I will be coming back!

Got a nail in my tire. Schwab repaired it end to end in 1h (including a line), free. Offered unlimited popcorn, tea, coffee, real time cameras to watch the repair process. It’s their policy to attract new customers. Tires were not bought with them. It’s just a perfect policy and customer orientation. Love it and will definitely come back to explore other options like buying new tires from them etc

Another awesome experience at our favorite tire store. Andy, Zach, and Andre took care of two of my cars today. Re- did an alignment and rotated tire due to a Radial tire problem, causing car to drift to the right. Also my brake pad clips came loose on my truck, easy fix that one too. Thank you, they Rock!!

First time visiting Le Schwab at Bel Red. I gotta say it was an amazing experience. They replaced the tubes on our rear tire and best of all they didn't even charge us. Definitely coming back to get our tire replaced.

They have consistently gone above and beyond at Les Schwab. I recently got a new battery, and have brakes coming up soon. On this last visit I had to leave my car in their lot due to a separate issue…and they were great about it. Thank you the to LS TEAM - I will be back and always recommend to others.
