Loft has always been one of my favorite stores, but I’ve noticed that their recent collections don’t quite match the variety and appeal they had a few years ago.
The staff here are friendly and kind, which makes shopping a pleasant experience. However, I do wish they carried more of the diverse options available in their online collection.
That said, I absolutely love their summer pieces—they’re always a highlight! Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Mary warm, kind and attentive customer service makes all the difference! It feels like being wrapped in a warm embrace. They offer assistance with such warmth and attentiveness that it’s clear they genuinely care about helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. Whether it’s suggesting the perfect outfit or simply checking in to see how you’re doing, their kindness never feels forced, just naturally considerate.
Shopping at Loft isn’t just about finding great clothes (though trust me, you will). It’s about the experience, one that’s cozy, personal and refreshingly kind. In a world of big box stores and impersonal service, Loft is a breath of fresh air, reminding us that shopping can still be a delightful, warm, and personal experience. As someone with a very petite frame, LOFT is one of the only stores where I'm able to find clothes that fit comfortably, without having to roll up the sleeves or being fully consumed in a more flowy shirt. They have a whole section in the back dedicated to women under 5'4". That's me! Whether I'm seeking casual wear or something more polished, I can count on the styles here. While I have not tried out their pants, I've purchased a number of their sweaters, tops and dresses over the years. These continue to be my favorite pieces in my closet. This store is always tidy with the clothes nicely folded and displayed. Whenever I ask to try something on, the staff is quick to lead me to one of their spacious fitting rooms. In general, I've had consistent positive experiences with the employees. They greet me as I enter, ask if I need help finding anything and are pretty streamlined at checkout. During my latest visit, I found a looser fitting blouse and was debating between the petite-XS or petite-XXS. Both actually fit pretty well when I tried them on. One of the sales associates kindly recommended going with the petite-XS, suggesting it was the more comfortable option. With a smile, she exclaimed, "I have that top and that's my size too!" She was so sweet. Whenever I'm at Bellevue Square, I make a point to visit LOFT. They also seem to have sales quite often, so that is an extra bonus! I hope this store remains here for years to come.

No respect to customers, not all the associates but there was an old lady who was bit arrogant, not friendly and making jokes which aren’t funny.Please make sure customers are well treated.

Quality apparel at a fare price. One of my wife's favorite when shopping for freinds or herself. Staff is freindly and the location is convenient, just inside the Bellevue Square mall. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world ?

Easily one of my favorite clothing stores. Such a shame there’s none close by where I live anymore. I couldn’t resist going in when I saw the sign. Huge bravo to Kristen. She was very kind and warm and really went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience.

Ah Loft. My home away from home.The ambience, the flavor, the culinary jes' dû panche.We had to ask to be seated, but once we found our table (and cleared off the clothes left by the previous party), it was to die for.Strangely the restaurant does not serve food? Seems unusual, but we enjoyed the service from our waiter Paige.After an eventful evening we asked for the check, only to find the entire experience was free! Highly recommend to any enjoyers of avante garde eateries. Finished the night off with a juggling show. My knees were rather sore since chairs were not provided, but what a night!

I've ordered items from this location for picking up. They have a good inventory of items so I don't have to drive to Lynnwood or Kent.
