Stopped by Lululemon on the 2nd floor of Bellevue Square, and the experience was solid overall. The store is located toward the center of the mall, so it’s very visible and easy to find, but that also means it’s not the quickest stop if you’re just trying to pop in and out. The store had plenty of staff available, and while the service was good and professional, it wasn’t anything particularly memorable. The layout is clean and easy to navigate, with a full range of athletic wear and accessories. Parking is typical Bellevue Square with plenty of options, especially if you’re familiar with the garage setup. If you know what you’re looking for, you’ll find it here without much hassle.

I’ve been buying pants at costco for years. Now that Lululemon has brought this frivolous lawsuit, my pants at costco are out of stock. Totally unreal.

Had a really great time finding the ABC Warpstream Pants. Trisha was able to help me find the right pants, fit, helped me order online while in the store, and a great person to talk to! Will definitely visit again!

Absolutely the worse experience shopping here! The sales people were not knowledgeable or interested in helping at all. They were just staring at customers and didn’t even help picking up sizes. The worst of the worst was the girl who packaged my clothes in a bag - she didn’t event fold them correctly and it ended up getting all messed up. Is this what your customer service has now become? Lazy and unskilled employeesI’m never going there again!

The salespeople are so unprofessional and tell you to just go online if you want anything. I also heard them gossiping about how they thought some customers were “too poor” for this store while I was in the change room

I had an upsetting and discriminatory experience at the Lululemon Bellevue Square location on 2024/12/24. I went to the store around 3:25 PM to process a return. While the customer ahead of me was able to complete her return quickly using a return barcode, my experience at register 6 with a white female educator (ID: 99994000188977) was entirely different.
Despite having my barcode ready, she refused to scan it at first and insisted on manually searching for my order in the system. When I questioned why she couldn’t use the barcode, she ignored me and continued searching. Even more shockingly, she demanded a government-issued ID, despite the barcode being sufficient for the return. After I repeatedly insisted that she scan the barcode, she finally did—and it worked instantly.
For additional items, she again refused to scan my barcode initially and kept questioning me about when I purchased the items. Only after further insistence did she reluctantly scan the barcode, which worked without issue. The entire return process took over 15 minutes and was conducted with an attitude of indifference and arrogance.
I felt humiliated and disrespected, especially when comparing how smoothly other customers’ returns were handled. This treatment seemed discriminatory, and I left the store feeling extremely disappointed in Lululemon's service.
I urge management to address this issue seriously and train their staff to treat all customers equally and respectfully.

I had an amazing experience at Lululemon on Black Friday, thanks to one of your outstanding sales associates. Despite the chaos of the busiest shopping day of the year, they went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I had my eye on two pairs of pants, and even though the store was packed, the associate took the time to carefully search for my size, offer helpful suggestions, and make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
Their patience, knowledge, and genuine customer service made a huge difference, and I walked away feeling valued as a customer. It’s rare to experience such personalized attention during such a hectic time, and I truly appreciate their dedication to making my shopping experience a great one. Please pass along my thanks to this fantastic team member!

My wife and I were visiting and we don't speak english well, that staff mocked us when they thought we weren't listening. Good selection of items though
