Thank you to the store manager that helped an overly tired, busy husband celebrate his wife's birthday. Little did you know, his grandfather, who was like his father died this week and he is flying out on wife's birthday for the funeral. It's not only your fabulous products, the charitable works you do, the safe place you create for all people. But more important the hearts of the employees you promote. You value people over product. Standby your people and for that I will always shop at Lush.

Been coming here for years. It wont surprise anyone that their product is 5 stars, but this location in particular has always had wonderful staff.
Be sure to ask for samples! They will hook you up.

I'm always impressed with the staff when I go into this Lush. Today I visited and the store looked spectacular and so inviting. Anna spent a long time helping me and she was an absolute dear, very knowledgeable about the products and super friendly — I had a great time talking with her today and got some delicious smelling bath bombs, bubble bars and some samples I'm excited to try! The person who designed the new bath bomb wall also did a truly phenomenal job merchandising the shop and is so sweet. Highly recommend checking out this shop if you haven't before or paying a visit if it's been a while!

I have been shopping at Lush since 2000. I went in today to grab some soap and when I asked if it could come out to $5 they said it needs to be over that amount for them to sell it to me. Worst costumer service ever. I am waiting on the phone to report the incident now.

Stepping into the Bellevue LUSH is like entering an elegant and luxurious sanctuary of self-care, where every product promises a little more joy and relaxation in your day. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and strike the right balance of offering help and letting me explore. The atmosphere is inviting, and the products are crafted with care and creativity.
However, there’s always room for improvement, and here are two areas where LUSH could elevate the experience even further.
*Harmonizing the Soundscape: While the in-store music adds a lively energy, it can become overwhelming when combined with external mall sounds, like live piano performances. This sensory overload might cut visits short for some customers. A more balanced sound environment could help create a serene space where shoppers can linger and explore at their leisure.
*Enhancing the Scent Experience: With so many delightful fragrances to choose from, decision-making can be a challenge! Providing small jars of coffee beans (or something similar) as a scent reset tool would be a helpful addition, reducing olfactory fatigue.

This is my absolute favorite lush location to visit, they had a large variety of products including hair care, perfumes, bath bombs, soap and etc. The employees are very polite and offer help and product demos as you shop.

We recently visited Lush for the first time, having never heard of the brand before. We were incredibly fortunate to be helped by Julia. She was absolutely amazing! Julia was so patient and took the time to understand what we might like, introducing us to a wide variety of products without making us feel overwhelmed.
Her knowledge and enthusiasm were fantastic, and she really helped us navigate everything. Thanks to her wonderful assistance, we ended up finding some products we love and made a purchase. We're so happy with what we bought and with the entire experience. Julia is a real asset to Lush, and we highly recommend seeking her out if you visit!

My daughter turned 5 and we decided to treat her with some new bathbombs we usually just buy the ones at Fred meyers or Whole Foods but their selection is so big and so pretty. The store is super clean and organized. My daughter had so much fun shopping here. The staff is great ! Very welcoming and kind. They answer any questions my kids had. We left happy but we lost our purchase 😪 came back to see if maybe my husband left or behind but he didn’t and instead of making us pay for another bag they gifted us the same things we lost !! I wasn’t expecting that at all !! Sooo kind of them !! Def will be coming back !! Great customer service and great prices !!!

Absolutely love this location, it’s very spacious and well stocked. All the employees are super helpful, warm and friendly! They will help you with product recommendations and how to use their products correctly! Checked all the boxes for me.
