Food was delicious, 1/2 price Wednesday bottles of wine was a nice treat, wonderful service. Had a great meal and visit!

Sarah and Frank provided great service!! If you're in the mood for a special, salad, hamburger, French dip (staples) the Grill offers delicious choices that have been good for years!

Service was so fast, we love a Nordstrom restuarant for a family shopping day. They give thick kids crayons which makes all the difference if you have a toddler who colors with the strength of 7 men. That makes such a difference , good kids menu options. My beverage was so good and food was great. Always recommend

Both our meals were delicious. The fresh sheet had a wonderful variety. Excellent service, professional, friendly and efficient! We received our requested booth. My car keys accidentally fell on the floor. I was unaware. The staff saved them for me and made sure l got them as l left the restroom!

Make sure when you book an appointment with Mac you get the name of who made the appointment and the artist doing the makeup. I scheduled my daughter’s appointment a week in advance, even showed them when we got to her appointment the proof of the 4 minute call just to be be told she wasn’t on the books and there were no Mac makeup artists in working. My daughter’s homecoming is today and it took 15 minutes to even find someone who doesn’t work with Mac cosmetics to step in and assist with her makeup. Appointment took longer than should have but it understandable because she doesn’t work with Mac products. Just wish we had known this in advance before making the drive, like what if there was no one to do her makeup her homecoming would have been ruined smh. We came back here because my daughter liked here birthday makeup, but today she was very overwhelmed and said she doesn’t want to come back.

The waitress has ignored my request and continue to serve other table even they didn't ask for anything . I lost my patience after 10 mins, and waving the menu to get her attention as we were at the far end of the restaurant. She notice me but decided to mock my waving to her host, then send over her to deal with me. Ok, I am very not okay with such ignorance and judgement so I told the host I am not getting any service and not treated with respect. I got the bill as my family already ordered some starters and paid without tips. Bye bye.

Nordies Grill never ceases to please and delight - with it's lovely ambience, great food (crab bisque and crab louis salad are my faves), and super staff. They always are very polite and accommodating.

The food is good, usually reliable. On this occasion, the kitchen didn't provide the tasty cracker that usually accompanies the $23 salad. The beef atop the salad was flavorful and cooked to our liking. Server was detached, though they did check on us once before bringing the bill. Nordstrom usually provides a small chocolate with the bill, but we didn't get tat, either. I don't know if they've stopped altogether with the crackers-with-salad and chocolate-with-check, but we miss the little things. Not sure I'll return.

Awesome Brunch!!! We enjoyed the Frittata with vegestables, seared fingerling potatoes and fresh side salad. Was surprised at how fresh and well prepared it was and savored every bite! Also tried the monkey bread pastry which was delicious. Hot drip coffee was really really good. Was busy, well staffed with great service!

Delicious salads, beverages, desserts. We were celebrating a birthday, and it was the perfect environment for catching up with long-time friends. Our server was very knowledgeable and patient with us. I've never had a dish at Nordstrom Grill that wasn't spectacular.

The Grill used to be a special place to dine. It has become transactional. The serving staff couldn't care less, the host's greeting was lukewarm, and we hadn't finished eating before the bill was placed on the table. The food was ok. The service was disappointing.
