Went shopping for new pants as I'm four months postpartum. Delaney (I think that's her name) picked out two wonderful pairs for me and paid attention to the details I was looking for. I would definitely shop here again!

i HATE jean shopping but the employees here made it so easy. they were attentive, kind, and helpful as they helped me find my size and try on different styles. Shachi (i hope that is how i spell her name!) in particular was exceptionally helpful and kind. i will definitely return!

The staff in this store are unfriendly, and watching customers with noses. I always feel weird in the store. This time, the girl didn’t even hide and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a price match a couple of weeks after my purchase. Other brands usually have a month.It’s not about the money, but I feel uneasy when the staff is not on the customer's side and never reminds us of the promotion unless we find out online. Then there is only a one-week window to do the price match, which costs another trip to the store.It seemed like the products in the store never reflected the promotion online. I twice found out the dress and purse I bought had promotions online but were full-priced in-store.Bad customer experiences!

Madewell Bellevue has amazing costumer service! They made my experience very enjoyable and all the employees were very helping and kind. Madi their stylist was a great help and left me with a personalized experience.

Rude employees. I wasn’t acknowledged at all despite them paying attention to others. I waited to try on clothes for about 10 minutes. There isn’t a physical line, just people standing around with clothes so I made eye contact with several workers to make sure they knew I was waiting. Only when I went into an empty changing room did they greet me and tell me there’s a line and that I needed to wait. How am I supposed to get in “line” if no one will acknowledge me? Do I not fit your demographic, Madewell? This experience was so gross that I don’t think I’ll ever buy from them again.

Trying to find jeans that fit well after kids, and went to this location to return online order that didn't work for the nth time. Was lucky that Logan was there that day. He was super helpful+patient over 2 visits, offering suggestions and feedback. He helped me identify my current fit, and find items that works! For the second time in a few years a $100 pair of garment-dyed pants washed unevenly. I went in to bring it to their attention. Instead of being polite and professional, it was like sitting for a deposition; the employee was incredibly impolite. Bellevue Square is my closer, but I’ll just go to UVillage. Shopping is meant to be enjoyable.
