David (I think the store manager?) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I’ve been to mattress depot a couple of times for pillows and mattresses, and they’ve always had good suggestions. They made sure I chose the mattress that was right for me, that I had everything I needed (mattress covers/sheets/delivery) while also working with my budget.I got my mattress scheduled for delivery as well, the delivery guys were very on time and quick.Would definitely recommend this place to anyone moving in the area looking for mattresses or pillows.

We were looking for a mattress for my daughter's bunk bed and both the staff at the Kirkland and Bellevue location were very helpful to us! The person who helped us in Kirkland had to call the Bellevue store for availability and the staff there was knowledgeable. We were able to bring home a memory mattress that night at a good price! Vinh Lam was so very helpful. I had a crisis where I needed to replace a queen size mattress fast and arrange for disposal of the old one. Vinh was very accommodating and very helpful. I'd reccomend this company to anyone that is in the market for a bed or mattress! Thanks again Vinh!
