My husband and I had perhaps the greatest sales experience purchasing our mattress from James last month. He was patient and incredibly helpful when looking through different mattress options. He even helped us to jumpstart a warrantee refund on an old mattress, to put the money towards a new one. He spent a combined several hours with us while deciding and purchasing our new mattress. Could not recommend James enough. Thank you for this great experience!!

James is a legend! He made for a smooth and enjoyable mattress buying experience. He was kind, attentive, honest, and highly knowledge, and not at all pushy. James guided my and Wife and I through trying a handful of mattresses and pillows over a couple hours. We purchased a new Tempur-Pedic mattress, mattress cover, and pillow. The delivery process was great as well. Thanks James!

Absolutely amazing service! The sales representative, Mo, was extremely friendly and helpful! He walked us through trying different mattresses and helped us choose the best one. The mattress was delivered quickly, and the delivery service, McCoy's deliveries, was just as good.Overall, I'm extremely happy with my new mattress, and with the service Bellevue Mattress Firm offers! I simply can't recommend them enough.
