I’m so glad this place is still open. They have rotating flavors with one always being sugar free (that even tastes better sometimes than the normal yogurt). Their yogurt runs on the sweeter side but regardless it’s delicious. The staff is always very nice and attentive. I hope the marshmallow flavor returns soon…

Disappointing Changes at Menchie'sI recently revisited my local Menchie's store with my kid, a place we used to frequent before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Unfortunately, our experience this time left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. One of the things we loved about Menchie's was the self-serve yogurt toppings, where you could add as much or as little as you wanted from a variety of options. However, now they've transitioned to pre-packed 2oz plastic containers for each topping. This change has left us taken aback, as it seems like a significant step backward both environmentally and in terms of customer experience. The issue isn't just about the inconvenience of having to pay for a whole 2oz container even if you only want a sprinkle of one topping. It's also about the unnecessary waste of plastic. Each topping now comes in its own plastic container, regardless of how much you actually use. This feels like a money grab disguised as a COVID-19 safety measure, especially when store associates defend it by citing contamination concerns. As someone who enjoys adding multiple toppings to my yogurt, the prospect of paying for several 2oz containers, most of which will likely go unused, is off-putting. And knowing that each of those containers contributes to environmental pollution only adds to the frustration.Despite my continued love for Menchie's yogurt itself, I can't overlook the negative impact of their new business model on both my wallet and the environment. Unless they reconsider their approach and return to a more sustainable and customer-friendly system, I won't be visiting this store again. It's disheartening to hear that they're standing firm on this decision, as it seems to prioritize profit over both customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility.

The toppings are in containers. And you have to buy the whole thing to get a topping. That makes no sense. The yogurt was also melted and runny.

Yummy frozen yogurt with lots of toppings. The staff are always smiling and happy to help no matter how busy they get. I like that I have options as a gluten free person and live the flavours they have. It's our date spot for they hubby and I :)

Love this place. Their frozen yogurt always hits the spot. Never had any problems, however the staff do remind me this is seattle.Parking: Huge lot, mostly empty, super easy to park.Kid-friendliness: They treat kids indifferent to adults, giving them freedom, while still understanding they're little and give them a little more room and kindness.

Very nice place and the staff is amazing. I went late at night and they had already closed the ice cream machines but the manager offered me a free ice cream bucket

The frozen yogurt resembled a slushie in consistency. It wasn't creamy at all! More or less all chocolate flavours tasted the same.

Most overpriced and worst yogurt i've ever had. The water quantity in this is so high, i could hear myself crunching on little ice crystals in the yogurt. I'd rather spend my money at molly moons or salt and straw.
