CONDOMS came with the ash tray that came with the car. Lipstick found under passenger seat.Two things that I learned: 1. previous owner was a baller. 2. you guys need to be more serious about the certified preowned cars.? And hey in carfax it was clearly mentioned new tires were put on before listing and i don't think that's the case.p.s. Rachid in finance and Angela from sales knew about the condom thing. I showed them the video. They joked about it and offer me a free detailing which i politely declined. ? who know what else could get introduced into the car if I let them.

This place has the absolute worst customer service. Let me break it down:1. I called them five times last week. Only once did someone answer, and it was an arrogant lady who said she’d transfer me to a manager. I waited for 10 minutes, only to be dumped into voicemail.2. Then, I had no choice but to drive down there myself. I had a question about maintenance, but the service guy was missing. I left a note asking for a callback, but the rude guy at the desk just threw the sticky note on the floor. Totally disrespectful.3. The cherry on top? They finally call me back at 7:14 AM, ringing me up 5 times in a row. What, were they trying to wake me up? And the last time I got service there, they didn’t reset my system or top up my wiper fluid. I bet they missed other things too. All this for a $1,000 service? Not worth it.Overall, go buy your Mercedes somewhere else. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and it’s not just one employee—it’s the whole place.

Recently sold my car to this dealer. My scheduled auto payment fell within the 10 day payoff window and even though the payoff did happen in this window, the payoff to my outstanding loan didn’t happen until my scheduled auto payment was also taken. The payoff plus my additional scheduled payment was more than what I owed the lender and resulted in an excessive payment. This is all understandable and I would imagine that it’s a common thing that can be easily corrected. So I promptly reached out to this dealer and asked them about where the excessive would go (would it be returned to me or the dealer and then returned to me) and they were not helpful, could not care less, and started making things up to claim that there would not be any excessive. I ended up sorted things out with my lender and got the excessive payment back from the lender.

They charged me two hours ($375) to tell me they couldn't fix it and I should go look at a junkyard. Headrest restraint system deployed from rear end collision years ago, they spend two hours "trying to fix it" and proceed to tell me they can't. How TF you going to charge me to look at it and say you can't do anything? Garbage service, thanks for washing my car I guess.

Wrote a review a few months ago when I bought a car. Since then I’ve visited them a few times. Still great, sales, service, parts, finance and the front desk personnel have always be courteous, polite and professional. Jacob, Destiny, Jeremy and Nicholas were all a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this location over Seattle and Tacoma (I live in Tacoma)

I recently purchased a vehicle here from Lorenzo. I can't rave enough about how he turned this into such a wonderful experience and made sure all my needs were met. I had to come back up to the dealership after my purchase for service and he was even willing to help me on his day off. Do NOT buy from this dealership. They are not to be trusted !!! It is with great disappointment that I write today to express my deep concerns and frustrations regarding the transaction and post-purchase support. My requests for help via telephone, text and emails are completely ignored and its been 9 days and counting. When I initially decided to acquire the 2023 Range Rover from your dealership, I had high hopes, expecting a premium experience befitting the luxury brand. Unfortunately, my expectations have been consistently let down in multiple aspects.I purchased a used 2023 vehicle on-line for $140,000 and was assured that it was in 100% complete and had all of the manufacturer supplied options per the build sheet. Regrettably, upon receiving the vehicle, I discovered a number of missing items, leaving me questioning the thoroughness of your inspection:Original Manufacturer Supplied Cargo CoverLuggage CarrierCarpeted Original Floor MatsMoreover, the vehicle was delivered in a condition far from the promised standards, as evidenced by the attached picture showing its unclean state and the presence of used COVID masks from the previous owner. This is an unacceptable oversight given the premium price I paid.Prior to receipt of the vehicle and payment for it, I repeatedly attempts to seek a re-inspection and clarification on these issues have resulted in assurances that all is well. This lack of transparency has been both frustrating and unsettling.Another unresolved issue pertains to the registration of the vehicle. I have received no guidance or assistance in registering the car or acquiring the necessary plates. I was given a 3-day trip permit which was provided via email has already expired, and it has been over a week since I initially requested help, to no avail. My inability to legally operate the vehicle is causing considerable inconvenience. I am unable to drive the vehicle do to your failure of registering it with the state and providing the necessary documentation. Registration fees and taxes have been collected but not paid to the state. Furthermore, I recently discovered that the loan for my trade-in vehicle has not been paid off and its been 9 days now, causing me to continue accruing interest. This is a significant financial concern and adds to the mounting frustration I am experiencing.I understand that administrative processes can be time-consuming, but the lack of swift resolution, response to my emails, calls and texts to these critical issues is disheartening. As a customer who initially had high expectations based on your dealership's reputation, I feel let down and left in the dark.I requested your assistance in addressing these matters and have received NO RESOLUTION or even a response. 1. Ordering and providing the missing manufacturer-supplied items or offering a suitable monetary credit.2. A complimentary interior detailing service to bring the vehicle up to the standards we discussed.3. Clear instructions on how to register and obtain plates for the vehicle.4. Urgent pay-off of my trade-in vehicle to prevent further interest accrual and refund of the trade-in value less loan payoff balance. Your lack of response have left me with no choice is to direct this matter further to the Office of The Attorney General Bob Ferguson.

Christopher Santiago is the worst auto service advisor I have ever dealt with, and being my first time at the Mercedes Bellevue he really left a very negative impression on me. He is unprofessional, rude, and condescending. Is being courteous and respectful that difficult? And who wears a hat, regular clothing and jeans at a luxury brand dealership?

Great experience, we worked with Angela and Isaiah, they were kind, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. Being in to look at a used Mazda, with our two wild kids no less, I'll admit I was a bit anxious about what the experience would be like but overall we walked out happy! Thank you to my kids, Angela and Isaiah for putting up with me and helping us get through this process so quickly! ??
