I put a one star review on Michael's which I rethought where I slammed Dalton, the internet sales guy - the primary reason was poor communication by him and Matt, the Sales Manager. Yesterday I found out that there are a couple of Matt's who are different managers. I stand by the crappy communication but perhaps I shouldn't have singled Dalton out. I would give them a 2 1/2. Anyway, I left a message for Dalton to cancel my Prius order after 7 months. He did respond "OK". I waited for the refund and left a message for Dalton as to when? No response. Finally called a Matt yesterday 12/8 to find that the $2000 had been refunded on 11/30. Really? I couldn't find it and why hadn't anyone called, texted, emailed to say it had been done instead of leaving me to keep calling them? Bottom line...they refunded it to a closed account and again I had to contact them for them to send me the info they had. I have a great Toyota dealer in Auburn which is very close to me and very good, but I chose to drive to Michael's because they said they they could get me a new Prius sooner and they would take very good care of me. BAH HUMBUG.

These guys barely answer the phone if ever! I'm not sure how we keep buying, or spending here when they don't even want to answer our calls.

Five hours so far to do a 1 hour job. Pathetic. Of course replacing a simple thermostat was complicated unnecessarily by design to keep me from doing the work myself. They buried the thermostat in the middle of the engine. Toyota design is actively hostile to car owner.

I've never written reviews before, but this is the pinnacle of disrespect for the customer and car service. I came in for a timely oil change at 20,000 miles for my 2022 Toyota Tundra. They changed the oil and filters, but after 700 miles, a strong oil smell filled the cabin. I initially thought it might be a gasoline issue or poor filters, causing exhaust fumes to linger. Today, I decided to check under the hood, and here's what I found: the engine oil dipstick was pushed out, and oil had sprayed inside. After contacting Toyota Bellevue, they took the car around 3 pm and by 6 pm, the manager called saying the car was ready. They admitted to overfilling the oil but claimed it wasn't much. When I asked how much was overfilled, the response was just based on the dipstick. They didn't investigate the problem caused by the double dose of oil, and it seemed they didn't care. This is my work vehicle, and I'm extremely displeased with the service. They also mentioned everything was cleaned from the oil. However, on my way home, the burnt oil smell was overwhelming throughout the cabin. I hope it fades in a week. When they washed the engine, it seems water got into everything, even without proper air blowing. Be cautious; even if you pay for service, it's not guaranteed, so double-check

Probably the worse experience my family and I have ever experienced at a dealership. Dalton is a arrogant and condescending salesman. The wait time between the back and forth was excruciating long, they would say "ill be right back" and be away from the desk for 30+ minutes. What a waste of time. I would highly suggest not going here if you do not want to get ripped off on price and your own time.

We have been customers in this service shop for about ten years, since we bought Toyota 4Runner here. The service was never impressive but the location is convenient and we were OK to pay extra to get Toyota trained technicians service the vehicle.Last time we visited though the service was so outright bad that we are not planning to come back.We had rear brake pads replacement scheduled and, while the vehicle was in the shop, service advisor Kaleb let us know that rear axle bearings were leaking and needed replacement. He sent a quote for $4.5K+tax to do so which seemed too high. We declined and asked for more detailed quote to understand what was going on. When pressed for more details, he came up with $3.1K quote for rear bearings and he explained that he was adding front ones in his first quote. Just to note -- we didn't have any work done on the front and he never discussed with us anything about front bearings. His initial quote explicitly said "rear bearings" without mention of the front. When this was brought up to management, they did nothing but covering up the service advisor which made it clear that this behavior is tolerated and probably encouraged. Well, if I could give less than 1 star for staff and price, I would have.

I purchased brand 3 cars from Michael’s in the past 5 years. Including a brand new one last year,I also bring my cars for service at Michael’s Toyota. The maintenance people are helpful, they do great jobs, so does the sales people. The reason I give 4 star instead of of 5 is due to my experience with the finance person. My credit score is about 800, but the finance guy got me a car loan from a teeny tiny car loan firm out of state with a high interest rate!I suspected I was overpaying, so I consulted a banker within a month, who got me a loan 1.5% lower, which means almost $200/month less with same terms. I wonder if the management team at Michael’s Toyota is aware why the auto loan person is teaming up with teeny tiny auto loan firms to charge higher auto loan interest from your loyal customers.

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Bellevue Toyota's Finance DepartmentI recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Bellevue Toyota's finance department, and it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing ordeal. I visited the dealership with an 800+ credit score and high hopes of securing a favorable financing arrangement for a new vehicle. Unfortunately, my expectations were unmet, and the entire process left a sour taste in my mouth.First and foremost, the finance department at Bellevue Toyota should have provided me with reasonable financing options despite my excellent credit score. Instead, I was pressured into accepting a (Toyota Financial) high-interest loan that needed to be more competitive and fair. It was disheartening to see a dealership neglect its customers' needs and financial well-being, especially those with excellent credit. The problems didn't end there. I ENCOUNTERED YET ANOTHER ROADBLOCK when I decided to pay off my loan early. Requesting a payoff quote from Toyota Financial took an astonishingly long month. This delay caused unnecessary stress and resulted in additional interest accrual, costing me even more money.Furthermore, Bellevue Toyota took over a month to cancel my GAP insurance, which should have been a straightforward process. This extended delay demonstrated a complete lack of efficiency and customer focus within their finance department. In summary, my experience with Bellevue Toyota's finance department was characterized by poor customer service, a lack of transparency, and an utter disregard for customers with excellent credit scores. I was forced into a high-interest loan, faced excessive delays in processing payoff requests, and encountered frustrating obstacles when canceling my GAP insurance. This experience has left me profoundly disappointed and wary of doing business with Bellevue Toyota in the future. I strongly advise potential car buyers to exercise caution and explore alternative options before considering this dealership for their automotive needs.

Just came here, walked the lot for a good 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. Went in to inquire about a car, salesperson said “nope, don’t have it” and turned away to finish his conversation with his colleagues. I had more questions (am open to other models) and am actively looking to buy a car, so this experience was not at all helpful.

Pretty transparent about the cost for a 30K mileage maintenance check - $288 + tax. I was able to get my appointment in pretty quickly.Large space and tables/chairs for people to work or to read. They give out chocolate chip cookies, bottled water and there is coffee/tea. At the end of the service, they always give a free car wash at Brown Bear.(My old dealer provided bagels and fruit too)3 hour wait.

We were thrown into the car buying process pretty unexpectedly and the folks here made us feel so comfortable. We loved working with Julian especially! Although we wound up determining that a different brand was a better fit for what we were looking for, I'd highly recommend Michael's for anyone looking for a Toyota.

Bought 2 Siena Toyota vans here. Also had both vans routinely serviced here. Also bought two Suburu at Michael's Suburu and routinely serviced here. This dealership and service department offer courteous and efficient service to their clients. The also serve non alcoholic beverages and cookies while you wait.

This is my 3rd purchase of a Toyota Tacoma from Bellevue Toyota and the experience that I’ve had has been great up until this last purchase with that said I’ll probably go somewhere else after I trade this new truck in the future. The positive:Michael Lambert is a fantastic salesperson and very professional, I would not hesitate to do business with him again and the vehicle I got is exactly what I wanted.?The Negative:The manager and financing, it started with a low ball offer for my used truck to try get as much out of me as possible and when I didn’t comply, well it seemed like they didn’t want to deal. I know we came to an agreement this time after haggling for a few hours, that didn’t happen the last two times I purchased a vehicle they offered a fair deal with no haggling. The finance manager didn’t want to offer me the special rate that Toyota is running for a lower interest, not that I didn’t qualify. Then he got visibly upset when I didn’t buy the extras like oil changes for life longer warranty and etc. This may seem like not a lot of money to some a 42k truck but it is to me. I also didn’t receive the Bellevue Toyota care package that I got the last two times and had to fill my own gas tank up in my new truck. (Something about a bad card)? meh I expected more I mean this is not a used car dealer on HWY99.

I visited Michael's Toyota of Bellevue for an oil change and listened to the dashcam footage while the service was taking place. One technician was talking to another technician stating that they scratched one of the wheels. One of the wheels was in fact scratched, however, the service manager Yuriy claims this happened "on the ride back home". I have clear video and audio evidence of the technicians conversations stating that they scratched the wheel, but the dealership will not take accountability. Please do not bring your car to get serviced unless you want them to damage your car.

Manny was extremely kind and I really enjoyed talking to him which is unusual for someone at a dealership, to be honest. I could tell he had my best interests in mind and I would love to work with him again. He is extremely thoughtful, seasoned, and professional. He made the dealer feel premium. I did not buy a Toyota because the wait time was insane (for any dealer) but I would definitely come back!
