So I was here on sunday around 6:30ish. I needed some helium balloons and since party city was closed this store was my only option. The sales person Christian who totally ignored me in the first place told me they can not inflate more than 2 balloons ( then whats the point of offering inflated balloons), without checking anything he tells me he is out of colors that i need… which the other sales associate told me they have those colors available… I guess the store manager really needs to make sure they hire someone who’s trying help people who are willing to buy stuff from this store instead of just ignoring and saying no to customers!

My wife went there for a scheduled class today. This is after multiple email reminders from Michael's.
After arriving early she and many others bought supplies for the class.
A team member at Michaels then decided to order everyone out of the room as apparently the class had been cancelled due to staffing shortages after the class was scheduled to begin.
Shame on the management. As a retail manager myself I am a bit incensed. This is not an error by the clerks, but by the store manager and corporate planners.
Don't think I've ever given a one star review before now. I don't push this review lightly.
Fix it and maybe I'll give you two stars.

Very disappointed with this store. The shelves are almost empty except for the plants. Almost no home decoration department. Perhaps this is due to the size of the store being quite small compared to those around Dallas for example. I expected much better when I entered this store.
