I brought my vehicle in for shaking and poor driving performance. After an inspection, necessary repairs were suggested and completed. However, upon starting my car to drive home, the check engine light was flashing, and the vehicle was severely shaking and losing power. This experience strongly suggests the car was not test-driven post-repair to verify the work. As a direct result, I've lost confidence in their thoroughness and ability to deliver complete service. Furthermore, the fact that the check engine light was flashing as I drove off the lot put me in an unsafe situation on the road, ultimately requiring me to have my vehicle towed to a different repair shop for a proper fix. While the staff was polite and past work was satisfactory, this significant issue, coupled with the apparent lack of post-repair testing and the unsafe driving condition, has unfortunately eroded my trust in the company, making me unable to continue as a customer.

The best experience ever. My 10yr old Honda had some weird sound while driving, I walked in the shop and made an appointment within 10 minutes. 4 days later, I dropped off my car, and they helped figure out the problems within 2 hours, also suggested fix some other problems later. Amazing engineering! I will highly recommend them.
