The staff and therapist were all friendly and professional. My physical therapist explained everything in detail and I feel like I know what to expect when I go in for future appointments. Definitely a good fit for me.

I've always been happy and would recommend MTI to anyone looking for a PT. Every PT I've worked with in MTI has been wonderful and I've always had a positive experience. Specifically for my running needs, finding Robin McGuire has been a true blessing. I cannot stop talking about her to my running friends! When I first came to see her I was having a nagging knee pain that had forced me to stop running and walk instead. That pain went from 8 to 4 in one session. I was blown away by her knack to find what the problem was in 10 minutes and fix it in the next 5. She gave me a couple of exercises and now the knee problem is no more. Other stuff has been popping here and there as she continues fixing my running form, but it's been going smoothly and I trust that I can get as far as my dreams take me under her care. In addition to regular PT I decided to pay out of pocket to get the running evaluation. And I did that because I trust her. She made a plan as to what things we would start working first and we've been working on that. Robin has a talent; she just gets and understands running so well. I had never met anyone like her. I also appreciate that she has a conscise treatment plan that I can continue following, prioritizing exercises as we go. I'm sure I will continue seeing her for checkups even after I "graduate". And to top it off, she's so personable; it's been so easy working with her.

MTI is the best physical therapy practice I've ever been to. I had a years long issue with my back that no other PT was able to help me with. Scott at MTI got my back moving again reversing an issue that was leading toward disability. MTI is my go to physical therapy place, they are true healers.

I have returned to MTI whenever a provider recommends PT rather than more medication. It's encouraging that MTI does not support the patient to "cling on" indefinitely. I like the idea that there is a point when I am encouraged to continue what I have learned during PT on my own.

Prior to visiting Robin at MTI Physical Therapy, I had nagging ITB and knee pain that was chronic and having a negative impact on the quality of my nordic skiing, trail running and mountain biking. What really impressed me in visiting Robin at MTI was how thorough she was in taking the time to assess my situation and then prescribing highly tailored exercises that have now enabled me to take on my activities and training pain free. If you are looking for a physical therapist who is excellent at treating athletes, I highly recommend Robin at MTI.

I have started seeing the therapist Luke Brown for a few weeks for Neck pain. His work is professional, and he is knowledgeable. He listens to your concerns and issue, takes notes, and guides you through the exercises that could slowly improve your condition. He is willing to work the best for you. I was instructed to do the right amount of exercise for the Home Exercise Program (HEP) while I dealt with another doctor’s HEP for shoulder pain. The equipment is clean and organized. The therapist also has the private room/office to do the manual therapy and the guided therapy in the common area. The Bellevue MTI is a nice and comfortable place for therapy sessions.

I was a patient of Natalie’s for almost 2 years and she was absolutely amazing! Natalie is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helped me get strong and heal from my back injury. She was always available for questions and help whenever I needed it, and I feel so much better and stronger after working with her. Tiffanie at the office was always so kind and helpful as well! Thanks MTI for everything!

This company removed my review and it is important that incoming patients see this review. Please do not remove it and do not let MTI pay to have it removed until I remove it because the situation has not been resolved. I will not be returning to MTI in any capacity until it is. I have assessed this as a patient and former patient all that I can and need to move forward.I was seen by Peter Carlson in 2021 for physical therapy. At first, therapy went well. Then, when there were billing issues, I had to come forward. Peter broke the PT law right after my breast surgery and tried to threaten me that if I came forward again that I would be harmed. I talked with the owners and they also were just as harmful and demeaning. Tricia was able to refund some of the billing mistakes, but Scott and Lynn in the ownership and HR team were on the phone with me calling me names about the situation, using words like "slaughterhouse" when I asked why I was being threatened in this way. The staff was also harmful to me as a single woman.I continued to try to turn this into a positive situation but to no avail, and I discovered that MTI was doing fraudulent billing practices and blaming patients for it. This was a serious situation, because it meant that my records may not be credible for a number of situations if I ever need to refer back to them. Just to watch a group of men and women try to gaslight me and then take advantage of my situation was wrong.I'm not going to go through more of this in my life because MTI is not taking responsibility for their actions. Peter is no longer my therapist and I was accused of things that were not happening and he was doing things he should not have done. It ruined our therapeutic relationship and it just horrified me that I had to go through so much abuse just to get the therapy I needed.I was a vulnerable patient and his boss never made it right. They should have. I'm sorting out whatever I need to at this point because I no longer need to see Peter in any capacity after being taken advantage of the way I was repeatedly. I cared too much to see a positive outcome with this company, & it is clear that they would rather blame a patient and leave them with the aftermath of their wrongdoing rather than actually make the situation right.Peter was my PT after a car accident injury that was also aggravating old and inciting new PTSD. He was my trauma therapist and really wanted me to be able to get well, but there was some kind of political issue happening either in his life or in the company. I was pretty vulnerable and therapy was generating serious healing crises and he believed he could take me to the finish line. He didn't because of how he and his bosses handled the billing issues. MTI just dumps patients in the middle of serious PTSD and it took me a long time to deal with the vulnerability, the healing, and the fact that I was taken advantage of by MTI.Something is wrong at this company, and I discovered it when I saw Peter last. Please don't remove this review. The company needs to address this without harm to a patient. That is unethical, and what MTI did went too far and was cult like, and patients need to know about that so it can be corrected. I believed it would be, but it has not, and it's not rational to blame a patient.I don't have a problem filing a complaint at this point if this review continues to be removed and MTI doesn't stop the negativity and harm. I'm not doing further therapy at MTI because of these problems, and that was a very hard choice because not everyone does the manual therapy I need, but the ways that MTI handles situations like this is unethical. Peter, Scott, and Lynn need to take accountability, and I need my life back. You can't dominate a patient and pretend that it's all okay. I worked hard to forgive just to watch all this cycle happen again. MTI will take advantage for as long as it can until someone, some authority holds them accountable. I'm not wearing this weight, MTI

MTI is by far my favorite physical therapy office in the Seattle metro area. There are multiple locations around the Puget Sound. I was a patient at the Bellevue location. This location is laid out with private rooms and a gym. A table mat (both high and low), a variety of exercise equipment such as weights, stationary bicycle, and treadmill are mindfully placed and organized in the gym. This gym is clean and tidy, and has plenty of windows with beautiful views of trees on the property. The staff and physical therapists are kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to interact with the staff and therapists during my weekly appointments.Matt Hatscher was my physical therapist for 10+ years. I was born with cerebral palsy and with my physical condition I require stretching and strength training. I feel I have progressed in my healing and physical maintenance under his care. He is genuinely nice and caring to his patients, fellow therapists, and staff. If I was a physical therapist, I would want to work here. Recently, I had to say farewell to this magical place because I’m relocating to CA. I’m praying to find a new physical therapy office similar to MTI in the Bay Area.I am beyond grateful to Matt and MTI for helping me stay healthy. I wish everyone at MTI all the best.

MTI Physical Therapy fixed me so well 10 years ago that I didn't need to come back until now. Sean listened intently to my "complaints" and pain history. He has provided me with just the right home exercises. Within the first few days, I'm already feeling pain relief and range of motion improvement. I'm a very happy girl.

A fantastic team of highly skilled and caring professionals. They are very big reason while I am having a great and satisfying life despite my low back issues. If you or your doctor think you have no option, or the only option you have is a surgery - go to them for the second opinion

Best physical therapists in town. The exercises they give are not too many but super affective. My knee surgery was recovered a lot faster after switching them. I have been to both locations in Kirkland and Bellevue, all therapists are very good. Book early, they usually don't have many open spots within 1 month.
