Liars. Gave me a car with a half tank of gas and said "the system tracks that it's half full don't worry". The paper print out I got at rental didn't even have my car listed (no license plate, no starting mileage, nothing), but I was rushing too fast to take a note of it.When I turned in the rental car with the same half tank of gas, I told the attendant about the half tank of gas and they said it's not a problem since it came this way. The final receipt I got over email charged me for 10 gallons of fuel (starting fuel was FULL apparently). Also, the final receipt showed the starting mileage as 200 miles LESS than when I received it.My speculation: I think this location has employees that just joyride cars in between rentals without documenting anything, and then tries to get unsuspecting customers to pay for their fun times by undercounting the mileage and not reporting their used fuel. Then, the next renter is on the hook for the "surprise" charges. This is a horribly mismanaged location, when I was in the lobby I heard other customers arguing with the front desk as well about issues they were facing, and the front desk was not helpful in the slightest. Clearly this whole location needs better training or restructuring. Also the car itself had over 40K miles and smelled of smoke.TAKE VIDEOS AND PHOTOS with timestamps and the National logo in the background, both at check in and at check out. That is the only way you can defend yourself from these crooks.

We visited this location to swap our vehicle. Unfortunately this is a small location and all of the vehicles tend to be reserved.

Needed a rental car as my car was being repaired. They picked me up at the facility and handled my rental very efficiently. The agent was also very nice and the cars were mostly in great condition. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of national rental car for more than 3 years. Last month I took a rental from this location for a weekend and returned the car on Monday at the same location.But they noted it as I returned the car at Seattle airport, because of which my price went up 3 times the quoted price. I contacted customer support and they mentioned that the location manager has to respond back. It’s been a week and continuous calls to customer care but manager is not responding to multiple escalations and no one picks up the call when I call the location.This is absolute nonsense and worst experience with a location so far.

Given a car with the vehicle maintenance light on. Specifically asked for a different vehicle as an emerald club member and their response was we don’t have emerald club here. Also tried calling 4 times, no one answered, left a voice mail and no one called back. Called corporate and they tried calling this location and no one answered.

Our recent experience at this location was really good. Started little bumpy with the car not available for rent, But manager Danielle did great service recovery. Team was very nice with understanding the discomfort we had in the beginning, managed it so well and did alot to make our trip comfortable. Really appreciate theor service recovery. Highly recommend this location. Their airport delivery location manager Drake was great help also.

Trash! Run far, run fast! This company did a bait and switch on our car rental and charged us .30 cents per mile when our rental was supposed to be unlimited miles! This resulted in an additional charge of $610.30. Of course they have failed to return any phone calls despite customer service telling us that a manager will call us. You’ve been warned.

Rented a car here last week - and because I was nervous after reading some of the reviews on here, I just wanted to take a minute and say that our experience was terrific. The employees were very pleasant, courteous and friendly and service was great and I'd absolutely rent from here again.
