I had a crisis when a framed gift was delivered to me at a nearby hotel about 90 minutes before the meeting and I opened the package to find the glass shattered and the wooden frame dinged and scratched. I found New Dimensions on Yelp and immediately headed over and explained my situation. I was not surprised at all to hear that this normally would take a day or so, and even if expedited would take at least a couple hours to re-frame. So I was thrilled when Jade called me back in about an hour and I was able to pick it up, take it to my meeting, and present the gift. I was in a real tough spot, and New Dimensions went the extra mile for me. I found the price very reasonable, especially considering the quality and speed that the work was completed in.

This shop is owned by people who really care about what they're doing, and not just trying to up-sell you on a poorly made frame. I've had several projects completed there and they are always easy to work with, creative, and reasonably priced. The quality of their work is top notch and I would definitely recommend them for all you framing needs.

I found New Dimensions Frame shop on Google and called them to see if they could frame several prints quickly so that I could ship them from Bellevue to Alaska in time for Christmas and they said they would work over the weekend to get them done for me!...Wow!...When I went to pick them up on Monday they already had boxes and packing ready for them. They offered to pack them and have UPS pick them up at the store so I wouldn't have to stand in line at the post office!...Now that's great customer service!

My husband and I are photographers, we travel all over the world and we always get something from our trip blown up and framed. We have been taking our photos to this shop for many years. We tried a few other places because they were cheaper but in the end "you get what you pay for" This place is OUTSTANDING! They do a perfect job! They are friendly, their knowledge and work is almost to perfection. We recommend them to everyone we know. When people come in our home they are so impressed with the way we have things framed and they always ask us where we got them done. Thank you for your hard work and your amazing staff we are in love.
