Bought their software "Clearwaves" for mac os x, and it never worked! I paid more than 300 USD for software that did not work! This is a scam. Please don't waste your money, they will not do a refund, even for software that does not work, and has not been updated for years. It is the first time I have ever felt scammed during 20 years of buying software online, normally there is always a solution, or a refund, and sellers are usually nice, understanding and don't want to take your money, if their product does love live up to your expectations, but this company is different.

If I could give their **************** a 0 I would. The product might have worked... I was having issues with it and spent numerous hours trying to troubleshoot it. I was in a pinch and bought the full version of the software since my RF Explorer was not being recognized by the Demo Version. When I eventually gave up I went straight through Paypal... I upgraded and bought a newer spectrum analyzer (for documenting signals such as from listening devices, etc) about a month ago with new software. I've been testing, studying, and researching prior to ever using it in the field with clients. This is not my first spectrum analyzer purchased here. I had some issues with the higher dollar optional software that the company offered (but I picked out) and contacted them to troubleshoot. I'm completely impressed with them. I had software that wasn't best suited for my company's needs and they completely refunded the cost. They provided full support and activation for the appropriate (and lower priced) software for our needs and got it to me within a few hours even though it was late on a Friday. They could've totally said that there are no refunds on software purchases. It was my mistake, not theirs. Nope. I'm really grateful for companies like this with exceptional customer service.
