My girlfriend bought a sweater from this store as a gift for her daughter. Her daughter decided it didn't suit her, but when my girlfriend tried to return it she was told that not only could she not return it, they would not even give her store credit. They will only allow her to exchange it. There isn't anything else in the store that she wants right now, so basically she is out $100.
This is the last time she will shop at this store, and on her behalf I suggest that you save the trouble and don't shop there either.

Like all other reviews, I’ve also encountered the extremely rude manager for a return. I’m not sure if this is something this brand value, but will never shop here again.

I loved it for a couple of years, for its nice style. But recent year the price skyrocketed, while quality remains cheap. For the same price, you could get Banaba republic with premium quality, why this brand raises so much price to scam the customers?

I bought a few clothes and wanted to exchange them. The customer service and representatives at the store were rude and made the process impossible until I bought something that was in store even when they didn’t have my size in store and refused to place an order online as part of the exchange. Would not recommend buying from the store unless you’re absolutely sure of keeping them.

Kristine, the store manager helped me with a return today and was so pleasant and helpful! She was also juggling a busy store while helping me and remained upbeat the entire time. The clothes are also very cute and a great price point - recommend!

Avoid this store at all costs. I’m not surprised by all the bad reviews—this place deserves every single one. My experience with the store manager was beyond frustrating. The moment I walked in to make a return, her fake smile disappeared, and she immediately tried to push me into shopping around first. I told her I preferred to handle the return before browsing, but that’s when the real nightmare began.
She outright refused to process my return, claiming that a tiny plastic string—used only for hanging the two-piece outfit—was missing. Seriously? A flimsy plastic tie that can break just from trying the outfit on? She kept insisting it “wasn’t the original set” even though both pieces were clearly there. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, refusing a refund and only offering store credit.
I actually liked their clothes, but after this experience, I will never shop here again. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and clearly trained to make returns as difficult as possible. If you ever need to return something, be prepared for nasty attitudes and ridiculous excuses. Take your money elsewhere—this store doesn’t deserve it.

Finally made my first purchase here after years of having this store in the local mall. The items are cute but the quality seems hit and miss and sizing is odd. The dressing rooms are my biggest complaint. They are the worst dressing rooms, no mirror, no privacy. I would have bought a few more items of the dressing room allowed me to access them properly

I used to shop O+F very regularly but the quality has really gone downhill. Most of the sweaters are plastic and pill like crazy! I have also bought several items where the hem started coming out before wear or after only 1 or 2 wears. The brand used to have some cool and unique designs but now it's mostly trendy fast fashion like everywhere else. Prices haven't changed much though, so definitely not worth it unless there's a sale.
Recently I decided to give a sweater I saw online a chance and came to Bellevue to try on, but was very disappointed by its composition and fit. Even so the sales person kept hyping it up saying it was better than similar styles from other stores and how much I needed it. I don't appreciate the pushiness and lying/exaggerating to the customer to try to make a sale, so I will definitely be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I used to live shopping here. There was an employee I haven’t seen since summer, who was super helpful and always helped me find things to buy . Today I went in and the girl at the register was on her phone and no one greeted me. I was super underwhelmed and ended up just leaving.

I’ve visited this store a handful of times and felt compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, the staff are not friendly and often ignore customers. They seem more interested in their phones or chatting with each other, which makes the environment unwelcoming.
The dressing rooms are another issue—they’re small and poorly designed, with no mirrors inside. Instead, you have to step out and share a tiny mirror with other customers, which can feel uncomfortable. For instance, I struggled with a strapless shirt but wasn’t comfortable leaving the dressing room half-dressed to figure it out.
While I love the clothes, I avoid shopping in-store because of the unhelpful employees and the inconvenient setup.

Been eyeing Oak + Fort for a while but never pulled the trigger until recently. Was so nice to find a store in the mall to try pieces! The new store manager Kristine has helped me twice & is super nice & attentive. She helped me exchange a handful of clothes for the right sizes & left with high quality essentials. Very happy with my purchase & experience!
