DONT SHOP HERE ITS A SCAM -You won’t be able to return your items or get them refunded unless for store credits … bad quality super thin fabric and STINKY DENIM. Just cannot believe they are still in business.

Absolutely horrible online experience and return policy! You have to request a permission to return and wait for approval, like wth?! Payed over $50 to send this return back. Never ever again I’ll shop there. You guys must be crazy to treat your customers like this in times of online shopping and crazy competition. Clothes are cute but surely not worth the hustle. The website is hideous, does not say that you are getting the final sale item. But in the fine print somewhere they say if your item is discounted more than 30% in total - it is a final sale. Do you really think I came to your online store to play a math teacher? The receipt they send 4 days after the purchase states which items are finale sale, but too little too late. Wow, just wow.

Was excited to buy something from here because their clothes are so cute. But their system is a disaster. Don’t use gift cards and don’t buy online to do in-store pickup because it’s a mess. They couldn’t honor what I originally bought it for so I had to pay extra. The clothes are overpriced and the customer service is lacking.

I ordered some items online and liked them, but a few things didn’t work out due to sizing. It cost me over $30 to return ship them, per their policy. For online shoppers, I can’t in good faith recommend this retailer. This kind of policy is extremely outdated, so I’m disappointed overall.

I love their clothing but there is no mirror in the fitting room. It's really frustrating since the store is small and oftentimes gets busy and packed. You have to wait forever to see if the item fits :(

some of the stuff looks cool but there’s no mirror in the dressing rooms… it’s such a tiny place and it gets super packed quickly, with only one mirror to share to look at how items fit. it’s really awkward and uncomfy to go out in and try to get a look in the mirror. please put mirrors in the dressing rooms, no doubt this would increase your sales! overall it’s packed and felt kind of rushed and panicky and uncomfy in dressing room.

I'm really disappointed about the store and don't understand why they operated this way. I purchased items from the store and had the impression that two of them were on sale. You know they don't provide paper receipt they just email you so I didn't check the final amount I was charged. Then the next day I checked the receipt I found I didn't receive the discount so I called the store. They asked me to bring the items back (which I already washed and no tag) and they can process refund. I do not live nearby so it's very inconvenient for me. They then asked me to call customer center to get help. But no one answers the phone. I contacted agent online and they told me that only the store can help. Ok typical kicking the ball tactic. So I gave up and decided not to buy with them anymore. Never buy their full price item would be my tip as they can go on deep sale the next day. And they have pretty strict return policy.

The staff at Oak + Fort were very rude to me when I came in wanting to do a return. I didn't realize that the return policy was 30 days and had gotten a gift from there for Christmas. I brought it in unworn, tags attached, WITH the gift receipt and the manager half heartedly said "This is final sale now.. so sorry.". I was not rude to the staff and would have been happy with store credit even if the item was discounted. She seemed very unwilling to come up with a solution and suggested I regift the gift that I got. I have worked in retail before and I know that policies can be somewhat flexible but this woman was just super rude to me for no reason and now I have a shirt that doesn't fit me and no desire to go back to their store to buy anything else.

I noticed some of the reviews about the staff and I had gone in once before and felt the service was fine but then I went in today and I got such a rude person. I asked her a question when I was purchasing and she sighed loudly and was like “Okay that’s fine I guess” and acting like it was such a hassle even though there was barely anyone in the store! I feel like she was the manager everyone keeps complaining about.I was greeted by two other girls and they were so sweet but the woman at the register should probably look for another job if she’s that unhappy with this one!

I’ve been to the Oak + Fort in Canada and their staff was AMAZING! Interactive, hyped you up, and ready to help. I visited the Bellevue store yesterday and the experience was the complete opposite. It was horrible.1. The manager decided that they don’t do exchanges or returns on “busy days”. LOL2. The cashier was simply rude, doesn’t know their policies, and had an attitude with doing my return even when the manager gave her the OK.3. One manager told me that if you order online, you have to return online to get a full refund even though their website says “Purchases made online or in store at regular price or have a discount up to 15% off are eligible for a full refund onto the original form of payment within 30 days of order received, accompanied by the original receipt and in original condition.I hope the staff can lose their attitudes and learn their company’s policies.

Pretty disappointed with their selection/quality of clothing. Came here when they first opened up in Bellevue Square and was excited to shop here since I've been to several of their stores in Canada. During their grand opening, they were offering 15% entire purchase deal. While thumbing through their small inventory, I was surprised to see just how much the prices were! Not only was the quality of the clothing made poorly, with loose threads, but they were charging $100+ prices! If you are in search of trendy, yet high quality clothing, I'd definitely recommend checking out the Artizia downstairs. I won't be coming back.

I really loved this place ! Monika was my go-to chick, and she helped my a** out when I didn't even know where to start. I had to find the perfect outfit for a company party, and she nailed it. I've recently found out she no longer works there . Super cute store, and I would continue to shop there if she was still there " my stylist guru" basically!!! Based on all my interactions with her, she made me feel special and she would get me excited to wear things I normally wouldn't or felt confident in.

Felt the need to write this review because I witnessed the white manager yell at and almost reduce an employee (who was POC) to tears. It was extremely hard to watch. It’s not that difficult to treat people with kindness.

First time to this store and was not disappointed! A girl who works there, Monika, made me feel like I was shopping with a friend and was so helpful! The clothes were stylish and Monika is the best! Definitely Will be back.
