  Been an Oakley fan most of my life. Have owned many many pairs. Even coped with the discontinuation of favorite models. But this new trend of not selling the configuration without a custom order and that custom order is not covered by the lens warranty… it’s too much Oakley. You lost me. I’ve accepted that it’s time to find a new eyewear brand to be in love with.

  Really impressed by your employees from a customer service perspective. Arthur just helped me upgrade to transitionals. He was very knowledgeable about the different lenses and styles.

  Was interested in trying out Oakley sunglasses for the first time. There was only one salesperson, who didn't provide any information or help at all. We were the only ones in the store on a Thursday afternoon, and it's now clear why.

  Can only talk about the over the phone customer service I received. Brandon was absolutely incredible when trying to rectify my problem concerning my broken frames that were purchased from another dealer. I hope their in-store service is this good.

The store manager goes above and beyond every single time to make sure customers leave happy, and her team is just as amazing.   Greg and Brandon were amazing. I went to the store twice for my children's sunglasses and their prescription lenses, and their needs for different combinations weren't easy at all.
  Greg was so knowledgeable about the insurance process, the options my child could try, and more. I definitely couldn’t have figured this out without him.
  When I returned to the store on the weekend, Brandon was busy, but when he greeted us for our turn, he was ready to help 100%. He explained a variety of options and voluntarily tried to show us what he had in store at that time so that was very helpful too.

  Worked with Brandon and another associate and manager whose names I did not get, they were all EXTREMELY helpful and friendly in helping me resolve my issue with my sunglasses. The customer service I received isn’t very common anymore and it was such a delightful surprise to work with such empathetic individuals! Thank you Brandon and the other staff for being yourselves!
