The main reasons I choose this company for my recent move was: 1. Licensed, Bonded, and Insured. 2: Good recent review 3: A two, vs three, hour minimum.
The lead of the team was obviously experienced and using good judgement throughout. Both movers were pleasant, polite, and efficient.
They met my expectations 100%. Definitely would use them again and recommend their services to others.

I cannot rave about this company enough! I had a very quick and unexpected move over the weekend. Not only were they available within 24 hours, they were extremely professional and efficient. 12/10 recommend them. They were in and out within three hours.

Hired OTG for a 2-day pack and move of a 3BR house.
My final bill was about 50% higher than the estimate. I had a lot of stuff, it is what it is, but if they came out for in-person estimates surprises would be avoided.
The crew were very nice and worked very hard. That said, by the end of the packing day, the crew was clearly tired and just starting throwing stuff in huge boxes, no packing paper or anything, with predictable results.
Also, there was a fair amount of damage, to both stuff and my property. Broke a stair tread using an overloaded dolly, huuuuge scratch on my hardwood floors from pushing an overloaded box instead of picking it up, snapped a huge tree branch when the truck hit it, and the usual minor damage to furniture.
So, got the job done, but not without costs.

I have used on the go moving for three moves now and I've been very happy with the results. I have had a few scrapes on furniture and one broken lamp, but they compensated me appropriately for those things. They have always been kind, reliable, and efficient. Their rates are also unbeatable. Very happy with my experience and will be sure to use On the Go again for future moves.

It is going to cost as much as the packing/moving services to replace or repair the items that they destroyed or damaged.I hired On the Go for packing/moving services to help with a move within the same apartment complex. The movers were nice and the booking process was smooth.Given the very short distance of the move, I went with the basic insurance but their coverage is paltry. They damaged an expensive computer monitor beyond repair and only offered $15 for it. A wooden desk, filing cabinet, and outdoor table all have noticeable scrapes and damage.Other items were broken that were not well-packed and I'm sure there would have been more damage if I hadn't unpacked everything either the same day or the following day given the way that heavy items were packed in with delicate ones. Cables were also packed in different boxes from the items they went with, which has led to a lot of guesswork over which cord goes which what electronics.I've never had this many items destroyed or damaged. The damage wasn't apparent until after the movers had left. Even though there was decent service, this was overall the most disappointing experience I've ever had with movers and I will not be using On the Go again.

V dishonest. First they came and threw a fit for my stuff not being ready. Then they graciously agreed to pack my stuff at a "discounted rate". But the office manager flatly denied of offering any discount.So this is a not an honest provider.

I recently used On The Go Moving and Storage for my move and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional and communicative. They provided me with a clear and detailed quote, and followed up with emails and text messages to confirm the moving time and date.On the day of the move, two movers named Nate and Michael arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient. They were also very organized and took great care in handling all of my belongings. They made sure everything was properly wrapped and protected during the move.Overall, I was very impressed with On The Go Moving and Storage's service. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable and professional moving company. The office staff are very nice. The moving experience and result was less pleasant. The team showed up at my door and didn't introduce themselves, it also seemed that a couple of them didn't even know each others names, found that odd. The packing part of the moving went fine and smooth. Unloading was also alright. However, I have never had this much stuff damaged, lost, or destroyed in a move. At the end of the move it became apparent that glass table tops for two night stands were missing, so now I have two metal frames next to my bed full of air and need to dispose of them and buy new nightstands. Second, after they left, I turned on my TV and the screen was destroyed. Finally, my dresser has large scratches and the top is permanently marked with several black markings and indentations. I am half expecting to continue to find damaged items as I unpack further. I didn't realize any of this damage until after the movers left, wishing I could get my generous gratuity back as I would not have given it if the damage were known. Finally, I am getting $24 to replace my $500 tv, and reimbursement for the rest is similarly disappointing. Overall I had $2000 worth of stuff damaged, lost, or destroyed. I have never had this type of experience moving before. I would not recommend this company and I will not be using them in the future.

This is my first time hiring mover. Really couldn't imagine it going any better. The movers from On The Go were extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. I'll definitely hire them again.

We used on On the Go movers for our move and we're very happy. The movers were friendly, professional, efficient, and great prices. We had a ton of stairs at the house but the movers were still speedy and careful. Very happy, definitely recommended.
