Overlake Farm is the oldest and last remaining horse farm in Bellevue, established nearly 80 years ago. This incredible property is a picture-perfect 50-acre jewel located on Bridle Trails Equestrian Park, with direct access to over 480 acres of beautiful, clean, and well-groomed trails and riding arenas right across the street. Its convenient location is minutes from Seattle, Kirkland, and Redmond. The farm provides exceptional horse-centered services including boarding, lessons, and training. It is widely described as horse heaven, where 90% of the horses live out in pastures with covered mangers 24/7 in a huge herd with 30+ acres to meander, allowing a horse to be a horse. For horses needing special care, there are sufficient big open stalls and paddocks available. The care and concern for each horse is apparent, with the owners and staff noted as being incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and personally involved in the horses’ well-being. They accommodate reasonable requests and provide all-day turnout. Facilities include a really nice riding track, outdoor arena, and round pen. While there is no covered arena, the nearby park's tall trees offer protection from rain. The farm has a number of quality trainers, and all the vets and farriers service the farm, aided by a new covered area for their work. The atmosphere is honest, warm, caring, and welcoming, with knowledgeable and friendly boarders. It is not the fanciest or a dedicated show barn, but it is consistently recommended as a great, home-like place to board where horses live their best lives.

This place is horse heaven! They live in a herd like they were designed to do. But if you need special care there is space for that too. And across the street 200+ acres of clean, well groomed trails - a slice of heaven for riders too. Love this place

Incredible property with access to Bridle Trails State Park. I've been boarding here since Oct 2021. My horse lives in the 30 acre pasture in the herd and he is really living his best life. Owners and staff are so attentive and knowledgeable. The location definitely can't be beat either!
