ER seems dirty, well worn, and full of ancient equipment. ER nurses and doctors are attentive and seem competent. ER phone receptionists are overwhelmed and uninterested in helping people, instead just see them as problems to sort through.

What kind of hospital especially in Bellevue does not have any hot packs for patients.....crying shame with all the money they making!!!

Dr Amy Cheyenne and all her colleagues were very professional and prompt. This is a very well organized, clean, and professionally run hospital. Highly recommend!! Thank you for the great compassion and care of my mother during her short stay thanks to all you!!
