I tried the italiano pizza and noona’s pasta. I loved pizza. Pasta was not good.Presentation of pasta was also bad.

Meh! First of all the entrance and parking situation is really tight. They have all the parking to one side of the restaurant and no spots for pick up. I had to park by the dumpsters which is cornered really tight next to a UHaul business with a bunch of moving trucks and it took me a lot of shimming to finally get out with my Volvo. Anyways went to go pickup my spicy chicken pizza which was sitting out cold in the pickup area shelf. I was surprised they don’t keep them in a warming area. Got home and reheated the pizza in the microwave which only seemed to make it harder and it was extremely dry and had no taste other than some sourness. For $24 for an 11inch pizza I was just expecting more flavor. The dough also tasted like old freezer doing and not fresh at all. I make fresh pizza dough at home so I would know.Place is quite pricey for the quality you get. I’m not sure if I will come back.

We ordered takeout but it gave us a really stomach ache that lasted for 3 days. I also had heartburn. Not sure if their ingredients changed but won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a downtown Bellevue delivery at 645p on a Wednesday evening, and gave the mandatory credit card (normally cash is not a problem...), received a call 20 minutes later at 705p that they would not be able to deliver due to Westin Hotel because of the Snowflake Lane Parade, but it was just 4 blocks away and we were welcome to come get it ourselves.We had ordered pizza for our kids and friend's kids, but my wife and I were dining at a nice restaurant and had just ordered our own sit-down food in this critical period between ordering the pizza and our meal. We had to stop and have our meal boxed, and walk the 12 minutes along the 106th Ave Ne roadway which it turns out was totally un-affected by the parade and was fully drive-able. Why would they have told us they couldn't reach the Westin Hotel?So it seems this Pagliacchi location is either unfamiliar with how the Snowflake Lane Parade affects their business, or had better things to do than deliver our pizza which of course was cold after it had to be walked a second 12 minutes back to the hotel via the normally operating 106th Ave NE route...And our nice dinner at the restaurant which was just boxed up and then cold for us as well, minus a short dinner date we had hoped for as well. First major disappointment w/ a Pagliacchi.UPDATED: SPOKE TO BRIAN THE DAY AFTER, OUR ORDERED WAS ULTIMATELY FULLY REFUNDED - THANK YOU.

Friendly staff on a late night. Employee stated he may have overcooked my pizza and offered free slices on the house. I didn't accept but wow I sure do appreciate the offer. Lots of available seating. Good quality pizza for a not-so-bad price. It's a good place to catch up with some homies!PS: Only thing I'd offer as advice is to maybe not get the penne? Portion was prettyy small for my friend's liking who ordered the dish.

This was such a great experience--the order was perfect. I came here with 7 of my family members and everything was on point. I recommend this place for anyone who wants good pizza. Service excellent as well!! Salad ?
