I'm aware of EEO, but did not know that included 'bald' rats. Said rat risks squeaking around the wrong people and getting what all rats deserve. Suffice to say, the quality of service is what you would expect from a rat. Sharing here so no one gets infected by this vermin. Vermin who would do better living amongst the swine, steer, and biohazard effluent from whence it came.

This place is under new management and it's terrible. Not at all the reliable service it once was. I signed up for a one-year post box and package receiving service. I regret this waste of money. It closed for days without notice except for a note taped on the door. No email or phone call. I could not access my pre-paid post box or receive packages.Again without notice they have decided to charge for accepting packages: $5 for small, $10 for medium, $20 for large or heavy items. This is not an honest way to do business and I will never go there again. Please do not waste your money or time on this place.

Go elsewhere. I have had a mailbox here for 11 years. There is a new owner who has strange ideas about how to run a packing and shipping service and what to offer for sale. He has now decided to charge $5 to $20 depending on the size, for receiving packages when, on the company's website, it states that Pak Mail will accept packages from all major carriers, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL." And I have been receiving my packages here at no additional charge for 11 years. Plus, he has created an odd array of items for sale: soap, cheap kid toys, statues of the space needle, soup, trucker hats, shot glasses...very strange. And on top of that, he is rude, rude, rude.I have started the laborious task of changing my address to another one. I suggest you give your business to another packing and shipping business, one who is professional.

I went today for passport photos. I sat down and within 15 seconds the man working there (who claimed to just be an employee but something about him makes me think he's the owner) had taken a photo on his digital camera and asked me to wait a few minutes for them to be printed. No other customers were in the store while i waited about 2-3 mins for the photos to be printed. I was then handed my photos. Two of them about 3" x 3". The photos were AWFUL and it looked like i was staring up at the sky. I kindly asked the gentleman why i wasn't asked to approve the photos before they were printed (which seems like common sense if i were in this industry, as this would take 2 seconds). The man replied "this was brought up in a company meeting once and we were told not to have customers approve photos because they will ask us to re-take the pictures too many times." To which I replied "why not take 10 digital photos in 5 seconds and have the customer tell you which once they want to use?" Seems simple. Anyways I asked him if I could re-take the photo that will be on my passport for the next 10yrs. He said sure but that he would be charging me double ($18.99 x 2). I told him that seemed a bit unfair, and if I could please get a discount since i wasn't actually purchasing two sets, he told me no that his "system wouldn't allow it." I paid for the 1st set, left, and went to another passport photo office and got exactly what I was looking for. Don't go to Pak Mail. The owner is petty and lacks common sense.(btw look at the other 1 or 2 star Google reviews this company has received, they all claim similar pettiness, drop off fees, re-pack fees, etc.)

As a side note check out all the other one star reviews on Yelp and Google reviews, clearly I'm not the only person that feels the same way about this organization, and the owner Nes.

At the end of 2022, I was in the process of moving out of WA. I had a few odds and ends that were just cheaper to ship, so I printed out UPS labels from PirateShip. I ended up putting off dropping off the packages until the last minute and stopped by Pak Mail. The employee took one look at the UPS labels and said that they weren't legitimate because there's way non-vendors would be able to get them and that there's no way the package information was correct (you know, because digital scales and measuring tape are impossible to obtain). He HAD to repack everything and use FedEx because they could provide better rates, yet somehow the total for 3 packages went from $90 to $220. As I was flying out that day, I didn't have time to argue with him and just paid the FedEx rate and packaging. That information didn't seem to make any sense at all, so after I got settled a few weeks later, I called UPS's customer support to check on whether or not pre-printed labels were acceptable. Per UPS:-Yes, pre-printed labels are acceptable-UPS vendors (such as Pak Mail) are well within their rights to refuse outside labels-What Pak Mail should have done was refuse acceptance and tell me to go drop off my UPS labels at the UPS store down the street on Bellevue WaySo, I got taken for a ride for another $130. If you have packages you've packed and labeled yourself, just go directly to a UPS or FedEx.

Weird place. Tried charging me $20 to drop off a small prepaid DHL item and a prepaid USPS Media Mail item. No thanks. And what's with all the tchotchkes in the lobby for sale? I can't take this place serious as a pack and ship shop. Go to the real pros at UPS or FedEX.

I’ve used this business on two occasions for shipping. In both cases, we brought art and a mishmash of unpacked items in to ship. These guys were awesome! They were expedient, packed everything well and our items arrived in perfect shape. I highly recommend them!

One stop shop for shipping anything! I had a full sized cello that I needed to ship across the country and Nas was able to get me a great quote for custom packaging and a label. I basically just dropped it off there and let him do the rest! If you sell on eBay note that their carrier partnerships won’t extend the same discounted rates but I was able to work something out and it saved me time. Nas is super friendly and will try his best to meet your budget where you don’t feel that you’re being taken advantage of. I recommend this one stop shipment business to anyone looking for both convenience and getting better rates than your UPS or Fedex store. Thank you!

The owner was professional and courteous. He went the extra mile for us and I appreciate that. Car parts are not always the easiest thing to pack.

Nas was amazing and incredibly helpful. It's my first year at college and I shipped the majority of my things ahead of time. Nas was super helpful with figuring out the best and most efficient way to do this with regard to both time and cost! Is now my family's go to for shipping items. Highly recommend!

First time I've ever heard of a "dropoff" fee. For fully paid USPS packages -- that can be dropped off anywhere else for free -- this store charges $2/package. Save your money and drive up the street to a USPS drop box instead. When I said I'd go somewhere else, the clerk got really rude with me: "We're a business!"EDIT: From company: " Please kindly remove irrelevant reviews" -- this is not an irrelevant review, and no, I will not remove it.
