while buying a gift, the girl who served wrote an hour later on the email that she forgot to put part of the bracelet, I was disappointed because I do not plan to return to the store in the near future, it takes an hour to go to the store. She indicated that I should return for the part without offering any other solutions to the problem.

My soon to be wife and I went here and we got a replacement ring since we have a 2year warranty on it. The ring was even better then the one we had originally got from the Pandora at southcenter which don't go to the South center Pandora go to the Bellevue one! The service was excellent and the staff were amazing we were in and out free of charge in minutes ? thank you again for your great customer service. Don't ever date this woman unless you want to have some fun just make sure to get out before she spends all your money she is a opportunist once the money is gone she moves on.

I walked into pandora to get help on tracking an item I purchased online. The gal at the register was more than happy to help me, I was about to provide her with my tracking number before a man jumped in our interaction and said unfortunately we can’t help you blah blah blah very condescending. How was SHE about to help me but YOU jump in and say the opposite?

Today I went to the Bellevue store and had the worst customer experience of my life. The sales girl who was helping me was very rude. I picked one ring which I wanted to buy for some time and asked her to show me some earrings and she replied I cannot show you everything on a plate here is the book you look. I said ok let me have a quick look what is on displayed and after 2 minutes I was back to her but she started helping another customer without finishing with me first. When I asked her I know what I want to see, she said I have to wait till she is done with this customer. After waiting for some time I asked her colleague if she can find another person to help me but she was not less rude than her. Never going back to that store. I wonder what kind of business Pandora is doing by providing such a bad customer experience to their customers. They should hire people with some etiquettes.

Their return exchange policy is far from clear and satisfactory. If you buy anything during their promotions be careful. Even though the receipt will not have anything related to not being able to return or exchange, they didn’t exchange something I wanted to. When asked as to why not they simply said because the exchange had to be done during the promotion period but the receipt doesn’t say anything about that. Customer service just sucks. They need to do better. Not going back here.

My mom and I visited Seattle a few day ago and we went to buy my Seattle charm at the Bellevue location. They did not have it in stock but the manager Ana Lungu was so nice and provided such nice customer service. She had the charm shipped to us for free. She redesigned my bracelet and cleaned it and we ended up having so much fun in the store with her. She also kept me posted on the package status and overall I have to say this is the best experience I ever had at Pandora. Thank you Ana, we will definitely visit you when we come back to Seattle

I had time to kill before my appointment at the Apple store so I decided to go into this store looking for some cute jewelry. The lady who served me was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to show me some earrings and ask me thoughtful questions. The cherry on top was she found out that I’m hard of hearing and fluent in American sign language and it happens that her mother is deaf. Wonderful coincidence!

This store is so clean and they follow all the safety rules that the state has in place, they sanitize everything you touch (southcenter storeis dirty).The manager was so nice and knowledgeable. She helped us pick a birthday gift and I will for sure come back and shop at this store again.

The girls there are not nice. They don't tell you what's going on at all. One said they didn't have something then the other person pulled it out. They take forever to clean and obviously don't want customers to come in because of their own work ethic. They were very condescending. Do not recommend.
