From the moment David at Park Place LTD picked up the phone, I knew I wasn’t talking to a salesman — I was talking to someone who genuinely wanted to help. His approach from the start was service-driven, direct, and professional.
I had been searching for a very specific Dodge Viper for a long time and came with strict criteria. David didn’t waste a second with the typical dealership nonsense. I told him exactly what I wanted and what my budget was, and he gave me plain facts and straight answers.
He was best-in-class in both professionalism and service. To my surprise, after walking me through every inch of the car on video, inside and out, and verifying every specification with his tech team, I bought the car sight unseen — and I did it with confidence.
When I arrived to pick it up, the Viper was in even better condition than described. It exceeded every expectation I had. The truth is, I think David wanted me to have that car even more than I did. He recognized what it meant to me — a lifelong dream coming true — and treated it with that level of importance.
Side note: David encouraged me to enter a competition immediately after I purchased the car. I did. And I took first place. I did that to honor his commitment to excellence.
My experience with Park Place LTD was absolutely best-in-class.
Zero disappointment!

Park Place Ltd and David B. are great when buying a car from out of state. Whole process was easy and car was represented accurately. Even used their shipping recommendation and car arrived safely. Would definitely buy another car from them without hesitation.

Had an excellent experience at Park Place Boise with my Porsche purchase. Cody (my salesperson) was helpful from the start with no pressure. They made it easy to test drive and get the car to my local shop for a pre-purchase inspection. The overall experience was great. Also I had them do some paint protection film on the car before I picked it up and I can say the workmanship was first class.

This dealer is a liar ,do not do business with them, my car was listed on their website as a one owner vehicle from Spokane, but when my title finally came the last place it was last registered in was Virginia, they lied to me about the delay of the title among other things I will post on my next reviews further note any business that shows all 5 star reviews line this are fake, the link they send you is a bias site that only shows the good reviews I know this from personal experience when I started posting everything my home builder did to us on yelp , they left yelp and now only have a bias review option as well !

I had the best car buying experience finding my forever car here. Even if you're not in the market to buy, this place is worth a visit just to browse through all the cool cars they have. The staff is friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

Horrible. Please run away from this place.
They made water damage near the engine. My car broke down and had to get it towed back to them. And after that they charged me for replacing the starter motor damage that they did!
I see many such reviews on their other page. This is absolutely unacceptable scam.
Edit: This review is very much meant for this place. The service was does under my husband's name.

Beware going here for detailing. It is overpriced and shoddy.
They left water somewhere near the starter motor for my Hyundai and caused to malfunction.
Flat out refused to take responsibility and charged me even more to fix it.
Response to reply: My car had white smoke coming out of it before the car refused to start which meant water was left behind in the hood during the detailing. 6 years without any issue and this happens immediately after detailing and I'm to believe there's no causation because Park place said so. Starter motors have life way beyond 65K miles. There are other reviews here talking about damage from detailing so mine is not a one off for sure.

It’s disappointing to post this, but our consignment experience with Park Place was unprofessional and a nightmare. Trust the reviews—over 30 members of the Seattle car community have shared their terrible experiences working with Park Place, both as clients and employees.
We consigned a Lamborghini Aventador SV with them. During the contract signing, they rushed through the details, telling us, “We’ll take care of it, trust us.” They promptly took the car, uploaded photos, and handled paperwork.
After a month with no sale and no communication, we requested to withdraw our vehicle. Suddenly, we were told there was a “deal in the works,” which dragged on for over a week with no follow-up. They claimed it was a multi-car deal and difficult to get trade-in values on out-of-state cars. This was surprising, as trading in out-of-state cars usually takes less than two days. Dealerships we consulted confirmed that Park Place was likely stalling.
When we again asked to pull our car, we were told by Chris Lowell, the head of consignment, that breaking the contract would require ~$30k in compensation for the potential commission. Over the next week, we contacted them multiple times, visited in person, and tried to speak with the General Manager, Ryan Vanderwel, but were repeatedly told he was unavailable.
Our lawyers reviewed the contract and confirmed that it didn’t prevent us from selling the car privately or reclaiming it. With a private buyer lined up, we sold the car and went to Park Place to retrieve it. Chris was unprofessional, demanding $15k to break the contract, a number he admitted was made up. He refused to explain the contract’s ambiguous terms and insisted on keeping the car unless we paid.
When we finally confronted Ryan, he backed Chris, saying Chris had the authority to demand any amount to break the contract. Ryan suggested legal action if we disagreed. Despite our multiple communications, Ryan claimed we never informed them about withdrawing the car.
In the end, they lowered the demand to $12,500 to terminate the contract. The supposed buyer never materialized, and no deposit was ever placed. If you’re considering consigning your car with them, stay away. Numerous community members have shared similar experiences with Park Place’s dishonest practices. Their business is declining for a reason—they’re driven by money, not a passion for cars. If you’re looking for an honest dealership, this isn’t the place.

Since the purchase of a car I wanted to keep for a long time I searched for a hand wash/wax company to keep that car looking new. About three years ago I discovered Park Place Auto Spa. Since that time there is no other I trust for hand washes and twice a year waxes. Recently I asked them about fixing an unsightly door ding. The estimate was low. Park Place did an amazing thing by offering to split the difference for the new estimate. Their workmanship is superb, I couldn’t be more pleased!!
They have my loyal patronage for a long time to come.
