Camie is an amazing trainer! She’s super knowledgeable and customizes workouts to fit your body and goals. She knows how to push you safely and effectively. Her studio is clean, well-equipped, and she’s always fun to be around. In 6 months, I lost 9% body fat and feel so much healthier. She also gives great nutrition advice, is super flexible with scheduling, and responds quickly. I’ve seen real results and love training with her—highly recommend!

I started personal training with Camie back in 2019. She has been the best trainer! She is super fun to work with, training never got boring. She created very personalized plan for me, she also tailored some exercise specially to make me stronger at rock climbing. I have become more confident in weight training and learnt so much from her! Her workout community is also very supportive. We encourage each other when working out our cores on the mat, haha. I can't be more grateful for how Camie supports me to get stronger, recover faster and more resilient to climbing injuries .

Camie is absolutely amazing! I have been working with her for almost a year. She helped me lose weight before my pregnancy and is helping me keep off weight gain during my current pregnancy. She is extremely knowledgeable, pushes you to give your best at each workout and is very warm hearted - the kind of person you are so happy to have in your corner. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

I have trained with Camie for a little longer than 5y. My back health was one of my main concerns initially, and nowadays I can happily say that I barely feel back pain and no more severe muscle spasms for 3 years! I couldn't make here without Camie's continued insistence to keep me focused and not giving it up.

Camie is amazing! I started with her 2yrs ago completely out of shape, just looking for something to kickstart me that wasn't paying crazy amounts of money to just do cardio. I had tried another lifting trainer nearby who just didn't work out, when I came to Camie to try working out with her. She's been wonderful for my physical and mental health ever since! She not only helped me with my goal of losing weight (40lb+ down and still losing), but also helped me with my nutrition and my last year's cardio goals as well of running my first marathon this past month.She does such a great job of always making sure to train her clients safely but also always continuing to push us well! Everyone comes to her with different goals, and she works individually with each of us on our personal goals.

Camie is a wonderful and fun trainer. She cares about your long-term goals. She creates personalized workouts for each client. There are usually 2-3 people working out next to you. Sometimes you train together and sometimes you have your own workout. Both are enjoyable. She also gives nutrition and diet advice that helps you meet your goals. I would recommend Camie as your trainer!
