We sold an open pack of validol this evening at 4 p.m. The pharmacist opposite the entrance put everything in a bag. Well, I didn’t look at the pack of pills and that’s okay. I was already unpacking my bag at home and it was so unpleasant ?. I'm in this neighborhood every day. Never set foot in this Sharazhka's office again. Came in for the first and last time. Well, I won’t tell any of my friends about them. There's no point in giving you free advertising. Well, very expensive of course?

Very rude and unfriendly staff. I specially came from afar to buy medicine, but because of such rudeness I didn’t buy anything. Complete disappointment, wasted time and money on a taxi. I don't recommend it. Zero stars

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible and disgusting customer service. I kindly called to see if they had my medication in stock before asking my doctor to send a prescription over as per her instructions and the woman on the phone scoffed at me and told me this is not information pharmacies can release over the phone which is an obvious lie (I had called 10 pharmacies prior and they had no problem sharing the info) when I told her I know that was a lie she yelled at me and told me to have my doctor send over my prescription. At that moment I said I don't want to do business with them and she began to yell obscenities at me before I hung up. I would never want any business acting like that to handle my MEDICAL needs. This woman must be truly miserable and disgusting to treat customers this way.

Before going to this pharmacy, I read the reviews. And honestly, the negative comments bothered me. But I still took the risk and was surprised that the devil is not as scary as they paint him😂Very polite and helpful staff. I really liked it. Thank you. Keep it up👍

The owner’s wife works upfront in the store and behaves rude, uneducated, vulgar and ready to attack you at the first possible opportunity. She hates everybody, and shows it professionally because she possibly worked as a saleswoman in the Russian farm store. She’s lacking any characteristics that respected normal woman should has. As soon as you step in to the store, she’s acting like she owns you, and shows disrespect towards you in every possible way. Each time owner’ s wife trying to shows that she’s multimillionaire, and not only you, but the whole state of Washington, or maybe even a whole world, should be appreciated that they are still in business, and we should bow to them as if they are our masters and we are their peasants. I am already boycotting this store, and wish other will do so the same, so maybe this way they appreciate their customers and people in general. But, still I doubt because they are immoral, ill-mannered commoners , who got hold of money and went crazy with wealth, without a conscience.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Extremely disrespectful whenever I call. They hang up on you without listening to your needs. Find yourself a vaccine somewhere else.
