Unresponsive and too busy for their potential customers. I just need to get my moped tuned up. I was requesting a mobile service and they never got back to me with availability! Will change my rating if and when they provide me the service I requested!

Bought new tires for my bike at cycle gear (nearly $600). ***Cycle gear won't honor the warranty on the new tires unless they install them there*** ($30). This guy told me he wants to mount my tires for me for $225 & will have to tow the bike (one way tow) to his garage for an additional $225 plus a extra $50 service fee ($500). I told him I just need him to remove my wheels from my bike so I can bring them to cycle gear & get them mounted ((so my tires are covered by warranty incase I run over another nail)). He is now ignoring my texts/phone calls. Not to mention he doesn't return phone calls in the first place, he texts only. My initial call to him I left him a voicemail & I got a text with broken english 2 days later.
[Edit] Don't tell people you serve King County, then complain when you have to go into King County.
& nobody asked for free work, I asked for you to simply pull the axles & remove wheels off the bike. I would've paid whatever price you asked for your "inconvenient 40 min drive" but you got mad that you couldn't mount them and charge more $$ so you ignored me. I just retired from Boeing after 40 years of making 6 figures, I don't need to "earn more". Sounds like you do though...

Worked on my 450 Ktm He said he was gonna finish it couple days after when the part came, Ended up putting the gasket in wrong and didn’t want to redo it unless payed do not recommend, Also said he was gonna give me a receipt still never received a receipt, Just completely stopped replying.

This is a very good mechanic he is very responsible and very good at everything on your motorcycle I would highly recommend him don't go anywhere else he is the best there is I'm very happy with his work" awsome" mechanic good guy ?

I've had so many issues with Triumph Seattle, that I traded my bike for a Harley, now I had brake light issues. My brake lights would not work. I could not find a technician that can match my working hours. And no way I'm going back to a dealership again. Then I found Ivan. We set up a time, he came through and fixed the issue within 30 min. He saw I didn't have the original hardware and hooked it up too. He checked the % on my brakes, fluids, and gave me feedback on needing new tires for my own safety. I won't ride until I replace the tires but he saved me stress, money, time and possibly my life with his recommendations. Thanks Ivan

I came across Ivan’s business through google search. He had great reviews and the fact that he comes to you was very convenient for my busy schedule. He was very knowledgeable and fast. With the short notice I’ve given him, he was able to repair my motorcycle and get back up and running in no time. Communication was great and price was very reasonable. A very happy and satisfied customer here and will definitely be coming back to him for all my motorcycle repairs.

Had a great experience with Ivan from Pit Stop GP who seems very knowledgeable and responds quickly to business inquiries. He quickly tackled a job on my Yamaha FZ6 that I didn't know how to do myself and fit me into his busy schedule on short notice.

They just left me on read while I was trying to set up an appointment to get my chain replaced. Maybe they're busy, but just tell me you can't fit me in. Unprofessional.
