I cannot recommend this business enough! I got connected to them through my insurance to order a breast pump. Over the course of several days, they answered dozens of questions over email and helped me understand the confusing insurance process. Truly above and beyond customer service!! I will be returning for replacement pump parts as needed.

PMSI website is less than desirable. The website provides little to no details on the type of pumps, the suction levels, specifics on what is included or covered by insurance. You essentially have a list of pump types with a photo. I assume that everything in the photo is included, but the site does not specifically say. Additionally, the photos aren't clear enough to identify specifically what you might receive. I am a second time mom who EP with my first, so I'm no stranger to pumps. And even with my knowledge, I had to do a lot of research to determine which pump might be best because the site provides so little information.

George and the crew at Pacific Medical Systems are amazing! We have experienced nothing but high quality customer service and care. They’ve gone the extra mile with each delivery and are knowledgeable about the products they provide. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of quality medical equipment and service!

So quick and actually responded unlike this other company I’ve dealt with. The man who helped me over the phone guiding me to place an order was so kind and patient with me. Product came at a decent time. I also love the product I got. Motif Luna!

Not convenient for working soon to be moms. I took an hour out of my workday to drive to Bellevue because I wanted to learn and ask questions about a couple of breast pumps. They aren’t open on weekends or past 4 so I snuck out of work early to try and get there before they closed. When I got there I was informed that it wasn’t possible for me to buy a breast pump that day and there wasn’t anyone there who could answer my questions. It was 3:40, which I understand is close to closing time for them but it wasn’t 4, which they say they will be open til. I explained it was hard for me to come when they were open bc of my work schedule. The woman who was there who couldn’t sell me a breast pump or answer any questions told me I could order online which completely negates the purpose of why I went in person in the first place. I would suggest maybe calling ahead of time to make sure someone is going to be there when you go.

The team at PMSI was great. Super helpful, and very fast. I had originally tried to use another company to get a breast pump (the place recommended by my doctor) but their selection was very small. Only 3 options, and 2 of them were on backorder! They gave me the run around for weeks before I finally canceled with them. PMSI, on the other hand, had tons of options, including optional upgrades and extra things you might want, and my pump was delivered the day after I ordered it. Super fast, super efficient, great experience.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! They made a very overwhelming and confusing process super easy for this first time mom. They’re so knowledgeable and work with your insurance while genuinely want you to find the best options, even if you have to upgrade. So refreshing to have this seamless experience when you’re trying to prep for a new baby! They really take of everything so you have one less thing to worry about and they’re happy to answer any questions. Just call them, you won’t regret it.
