AutoNation runs the service department. They have zero interest in helping you as a Porche customer. They don't know anything about Porsche itself. This includes parts numbers, scheduled maintenance, etc... They were always nice to me but never able to get the world done right. Something is always missing, and no follow-up.

*Disappointed with After-Sales Service for My New Porsche Cayenne*I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the after-sales service I received for my new Porsche Cayenne. When the vehicle was initially delivered, I noticed a scratch on the door handle's leather, an unexpected flaw in a brand-new luxury car. It took a prolonged three months to get a service appointment for this issue, which was disappointing but manageable.However, the real issue arose after the service. The replacement leather for the door handle did not match the rest of the car's interior, a surprising oversight for a brand of Porsche's caliber. When I raised this concern, the service advisor claimed it was a 'two-step process.' This was neither explained to me beforehand nor does it seem acceptable for a brand that prides itself on excellence and attention to detail.This experience has significantly diminished my satisfaction with Porsche. Purchasing a Porsche Cayenne represents a significant investment, and I expected service that matched the high standards of the brand. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improvements in the quality of service and communication, ensuring that future customers do not encounter similar frustrations.

Simon Pope is an incredibly service oriented service rep. He went above and beyond both in terms of communication and exceeding scope and expectations. The gentleman who actually performed the work was equally impressive as he recalled details of my last visit, a memory that became crucially important to my current visit. Very impressive.

Service was good, people communicated clearly and promptly, car was completed as advised. I went in for an oil and air filter change and it cost $1,740. That was the 20-step review, lubricating door hinges, checking roof gutters, etc. I know it’s a Porsche, but cmon.There was a recall because of a reprogram of the PCS system so they performed that work at no cost. That procedure took most of the day, and could have easily gone to the next day if the software system crashed, as it often does. I was given a nice loaner car so it worked out, but if you’re bringing your car in for the PCS recall fix, note that it’s not like rebooting your computer. More like a change of the operating system. Plan accordingly.

I've only been a recent Porsche customer.My experience at Bellevue Porsche has improved with time. Vince in the parts department is great and was the most helpful person I spoke to when I visited Bellevue Porsche. His customer service is exceptional. I come from a background where customer service is the primary focus and so I have great expectations of customer service. Vince checks all the boxes! Thank you!The service dept is ok and Greg on the sales team is knowledgeable.

My recent visit to Porsche Bellevue took a turn for the worse due to Joy's exceptionally poor conduct. While I've had positive experiences here in the past, Joy's behavior was nothing short of horrible and unprofessional.I had come to finalize paperwork with Jared but found him unavailable, so I was directed to Joy and Tam. Joy's response to my inquiry was marked by rudeness and a dismissive attitude. Throughout the process, she made derogatory remarks and created a belittling atmosphere for both me and my husband, as well as her colleague, Tam.Furthermore, Joy's decision to use our phone on speaker to communicate with Jared was highly unprofessional. I'm deeply disappointed by this experience, and I hope Porsche Bellevue takes steps to address such unacceptable behavior in the future.

Being this would be my first 911 and Porsche purchase, I had high expectations before heading to Porsche Bellevue. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised that not only were my high expectations met, but they were far exceeded. I feel like customer service is a lost art these days, and so it was very refreshing to receive top notch customer service at Porsche Bellevue. Everyone I've worked with there has been pleasant and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do and that matters. Porsche Bellevue really does treat you like part of the family. The facility is well maintained and you just feel very special being there. I worked with Kevin Shi for my purchase and I'd highly recommend him for all your purchasing needs. I can't say enough positive things about Porsche Bellevue and my 911 Turbo purchasing experience. I look forward to servicing my car there as well as making my future Porsche purchases there as well. Bought a certified 2015 Cayenne plug in hybrid. Awesome car. Why? handling of the car with its possible 416 horsepower to bear. Yet if I totally put my foot out of it and stay out of the fast lane, it gets 47mpg the first 40 miles of my travel to work. With no plug in at work, the trip home yields 31 mpg. This is an average of 38 mpg on 80-mile commute from Lacey to Federal Way on I-5 at speeds up to 85 mph merging with the traffic flow. Porche Bellevue, customer service is outstanding. Thank you so much for standing behind your establishment of a great product. I highly recommend Porsche of Bellevue.

Ron was our salesperson and made the buying experience pleasant! Even upgraded me to all-weather floormats (:Jared was our finance manager and was great! Had everything printed out for us by the time we got there to ensure we got out of there in a timely manner.Jared, you really made up for the experience we had with the other finance person the night before.

Top notch service! We purchased our vehicle with them and I only bring it to be serviced here. The staff is very friendly, the advisors are awesome (the last one we worked with was Anastasia). I just brought my car for a 3 year service and the loaner was a brand new Macan. Communication is great, as I asked so many questions and was promptly answered. Overall always a good experience when we come here!
