I can't say that I had a completely positive experience here. I was hoping to try on an item I've been dreaming about for a while now. They didn't have my size but helped me figure out what size I would need. I appreciated that. I gave my contact information and was told they would reach out to me. It's been a while and they haven't done that. Did.... Did I get ghosted by Prada?

I had a wonderful experience buying my first designer wallet here, everyone was kind and helpful with the decision. And recently I had a situation with my wallet and Kara went above and beyond to take care of the matter. I’m so happy I choose this brand, and will definitely continue to buy from here.

Caleb is the best freaking sales associate I’ve ever met. The amount of time he gave me and my group of friends to shop, without disturbing us, giving us ideas and different bag types out of the ones we like. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at a designer store and I put Caleb responsible for that. 10/10

Absolutely wonderful service from Careana. She was able to order my padded nappa loafers. It took a few weeks but she made sure to keep in touch and set them aside for me when they arrived. I love my loafers! They came just in time for my birthday! #treatyoself

This is a great location. My wife and I have been helped by Robbie a few times now and he is just the best. He is so friendly, helpful, and has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you to Robbie and the whole team!

This location has a wonderful staff who will afford each deserving customer their undivided attention, offerring valuable suggestions & options with each inquiry. Know the brand, what is current and what you like and they will be able to help you that much more. The staff are discreet, respectful and knowledgeable. It is a smaller location with two levels, accessible from the ground floor. The selection is typical of a Prada store of this size and on par with what you will find in Stockholm. It is not as large as the store in Aoyama(Tokyo) or Milan, so set your expectations accordingly.
