I took some swimming lessons with Carol and SHE WAS AMAZING!I was a very beginner level swimmer when I started and in just 2 classes I could go to the deep water pool confidently. Carol went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable in water and confident in my swimming skills. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a swimming instructor.

Adding on Yuan Tian (4 months ago)…My wife joined in January ‘23 as MSFT benefit, so I joined too taking advantage of a very good discount ($120/month instead of $200/month). All well for a couple of months, then my working situation changed having to travel more intensively, not being able to join this gym on regular basis.I knew the subscription is for 1 year, but I hoped in some flexibility. I called asking to speak with the membership office, someone told me to send an email, which I did, receiving an automated answer saying that “due to the number of emails received, answers might be delayed”. I never received any answer to my 1st and subsequent emails, not easy to call if I am traveling a lot.$120/month has been charged regularly to my credit card, I called yesterday (after last $120 charge) asking how to be sure my subscription doesn’t get automatically renewed next year, I have been told if the main subscriber (my wife) will not renew (SHE WON’T!), I will not be renewed too. Despite the associate at membership office was kind, it always looks they have something better to do than listen to their clients.ProClub pretends to be the most fancy gym east of lake Washington for rich people earning 6+ figures (to be seen just going in & out or maybe just hanging around, plenty of those in the lobby…), but it’s just a total scam (unfortunately 0 * is not possible…)

Pros:Clean and spacious gyms and pools.Spa, gym, med spa, physiotherapy all in one.Cons:Not so clean locker rooms.Customer service and general curiousness of staff is lacking in almost all areas.I’m used to most places making everything as easy and seamless as possible. So I was quite surprised that a place within the premium price range wouldn’t be willing to take a few extra steps to keep members content. The Bellevue Club is just a little bit more costly but the service was much better so if money isn’t an issue, I would def recommend it over PRO.Just came back to this location after a 3 month break to restart my membership and was told they didn’t have crew from membership so I wouldn’t be start my membership and that the crew is only here during regular business hours not the gyms hours which sucks considering I go to the gym after work. I tried asking if they have any other options i.e. email, phone, etc. And was told that there are no other options and they couldn’t even provide a day pass. I was in talks with a rep today and they never mentioned that I couldn’t sign up after 6. It’s just another example of how they will not try to meet members at middle ground.

From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by their friendly staff, it's clear that this is a gym that truly cares about its members. The equipment is top-notch and always well-maintained and the floors are always clean.

This place has everything you could ever want or need in a fitness facility.Free weights, nautilus, more cardio equipment choices than you can imagine, tennis, Pilates, squash….I could go on.I love the Pilates instructors. This is my go to place for physical therapy. Relaxing place to get my eyebrows waxed - critical given the circumstances. The service is excellent. The place is clean. Worth the price.

I am extremely disappointed with the awful customer service and lack of professionalism at Pro Club. Despite paying over $200 a month, I have been treated terribly.First, the staff conducting my InBody assessment violated my privacy by viewing my results without consent. This complete disregard for my rights is unacceptable.Additionally, I was shamed for using the InBody machine twice per month, even though I was initially told unlimited use was allowed. The staff rudely complained about printing costs, though I pay high membership fees. The staff member even rudely assumed I wouldn't actually make a change and would keep printing results, which is false. The concierge staff are frequently impolite and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment in advance for the following week, but it was booked for a different day without notice. When I pointed this out, the staff implied I was wrong instead of taking accountability for the mix-up. While they eventually provided a complimentary $25 Pro Club gift card, it did not make up for the time and energy I had to expend defending myself and arguing for basic respect and accountability. The gift card was a nice gesture but did not resolve the larger issues with customer service and professionalism that remain unaddressed. I should not have had to fight just to get fair treatment as a paying member.Given the steep prices, I expect far better service. Pro Club has failed to provide a respectful, thoughtful experience. I would not recommend this gym to anyone seeking an inclusive, welcoming fitness center. There are much better options that will treat you with basic decency.

I’d recommend Kari for any/all facial aesthetic needs. She has a gentle touch, she knows her products, and which ones will work best for your features and desired results. She’s an excellent communicator and she really delivers solid results because she hears what I really need to convey. She’s constantly staying fresh and learning new techniques, and products, to give her clients the very best possible outcome. I’ve had 17 years of work done - and Kari is by FAR, the best, and most talented provider I’ve ever worked with!! 10/10 all the way around!Autumn

The worst membership experience and severe RACISM & BULLYING from staff to customers1. I booked complimentary training sessions with the gym and provided all my contact information for confirmation. However, I didn't receive any form of communication (phone call, message, email) confirming this booking. And when I reached out the front desk he directly smirked and did not response my question at all. I have to initiate my booking though phone calls again.2. After I purchase a training package, the front desk provide misleading information about my personal training package's compatibility with different trainers, leading to me being charged more that $200 with a trainer my package apparently doesn't cover.Despite raising those issue, I faced challenges getting any refund for wrongly charged sessions. And through the following email, my personal trainer exhibited bullying behavior by using coercive and intimidating tone to demand that I commit to purchasing further sessions, otherwise I would not receive my training plan. And the conversation took an uncomfortable turn when she informed me, in no certain terms, that there would be no chance for a refund.3. I tried to reach out their manager for those issues but get 0 responses

I love this place, I use the pools and am never disappointed, be late at night or middle of the day. Water is at perfect temperature. The area is nice and bright, and no excessive chlorine smell, always a plus. The lockers are huge and very well kept. There are 3 whirlpools inside the locker room. I think it would be great if there could be 3 different temperatures as I don't like it when it's too hot. The whirlpool area is also very comfortable with lounge chairs. The "kids" pool is warmer than the lap pool, so fun to do some laps in there (late at night, when no kids around)Staff is super nice. The bistro seems to have great options.I haven't done the classes yet, so can't talk about that.

Racism from staff to customers. When the behavior of the raciest employee was discussed to him directly he laughed and smirked saying “I’m sorry you feel that way”. Absolutely disrespectful apology, just to say that he at least said it even though he obviously didn’t mean it with a smile on his face.Management didn’t take complaints seriously and only sought to repair their reputation and not investigate the incident. They said he is one of their best employees ever, yet when I asked them how long he worked the I was told less than a year. I’ve asked them to check the recoding of the incident at it happened at the front desk, but either they didn’t or they did and will make up some other kind of excuse. Not the kind of place I want to spend time with my family and money on if some of the staff think it’s okay to treat people that way.I will say though that the person that showed us around was super friendly and nice, I greatly appreciated her kindness and understanding.

I’m pregnant and would like to cancel membership, I called them in March regarding this and they say ok.But in April I call again and they say a formal email is needed, cancellation cannot be done over the phone.I sent the email twice and got zero response, checking my bill and I see I was billed for April, May, June.Apparently they have not canceled it, after 3 months, it’s scam.

I really wanted to like this place because it is only 4 mins away from my home and their amenities are actually quite good. However, Pro Club is disappointing for several reasons. First, they don't have online registration system for any classes/camps. I usually sit down in front of my computer searching for my children's classes/camps at nighttime, but there is no feature to find out availability online and to register online. They always make us call them. Also, some of their aqua instructors are nice, but some are questionable. My son had a pirate swim camp last year and it was extremely disappointing. The camp was named "pirate-themed" camp, but there was NOTHING pirate about that camp. I stayed inside by the pool for the whole session only to realize their advertisement on this camp is misleading. In the camp advertisement, it looked like children will have much fun playing pirate game with the instructor, but for the whole week, the instructor looked bored and wanted to escape the children. (She literally seemed mad at getting water splashed onto her face. I mean, it is a swimming pool, and children are aged 3-5. What do you expect?) At the end, the instructor just tossed indifferently a few shabby-looking pirate-ish toys to children. For the last 30 mins, they give pirate coloring page. That's why they named the camp a pirate camp. Their inside-water session didn't include ANY pirate-related play/games. The instructor totally seemed unhappy, energy less, bothered by children who splash water occasionally.About the swim lesson area. It is good that they have multiple lap pools. But they don't have any shallow area in the lap pool. My son is 5 years old and he was having a hard time learning how to float in his private lessons. He couldn't float himself, so he constantly had to struggle with fear that his feet don't touch the bottom. I wish they can use the shallow pool area for swim lessons of younger ones.Another thing.. They made us ask for the passcode every time we use the family changing room. I didn't want to take my son to a women's locker room, so I always need a family changing room. But because we are non-member (I only use Pro Club for my son's lesson and camp at times), they said we need to get a passcode every time. Some staff gave us the passcode, but some didn't. So I had to take him to a women's changing room. There were several young girls changing their clothes, and they obviously didn't like a boy in there. I had to say I am sorry, cover his eyes and hurry to the shower room where I can close the door. It was very uncomfortable. Also when I got out of the changing room, I had to check if there was anyone there.I'm sure Pro Club is a great place for families and they do provide a good variety of camps and classes. I especially like the cafe table area where I can rest and eat something. I just hope the above-mentioned issues get better.

When my employer offered ProClub as a benefit, I’ve decided to give it a try. Well, it has been 3 months and it is a complete disaster. Restaurant food is horrible, executive locker staff could not properly staff my locker and account services could not correctly process my monthly locker room charges. Let’s just say competence is not a high priority at ProClub. I’m very happy I didn’t cancel my Bellevue Club membership ?UPDATE: In light of the recent reply, providing this update. I was contacted by Regina, the new manager of the Executive Lounge. Regina and I had a long conversation about my experience. No one else ever tried to contact me. I had to initiate all communication, especially, multiple follow up with account management which felt like I was pulling teeth.

They should be honest with themselves and rename the "basketball courts" to "3 random sport kids zone and bad mitten courts with 1 pitiful basketball area" AND tell prospective members upfront. Explain that they are using the legendary hardwood with a professional basketball past for a bunch of goofing around and really short changing the people who want to shoot hoops. It's gotten worse over the years and they can't really take much more away from people who want to use the basketball gym for it's original purpose.
