The long line to get access to a single cart that was occupied by a single tenant for over an hour! Don’t store there unless you have everything to move your stuff without anything provided.

Myla (the storage manager in Factoria) is a true saint - she was incredibly helpful for me as a first time storage unit renter, and also helped my sister and father with a drop off. she explained everything, printed out documents, walked up and down the units with me - I haven't had help from someone at this level in a long time. fully recommend a spot here!

Just called the place to enquire about pricing. Such a simple question - what will a 10X15 unit cost me for a year, with all the fees and taxes. Impossible to get a straight answer. Just impossible. The sleazy salesperson kept giving me marketing talk going round and round, asking me unrelated questions. I just want the darn annual cost, how complicated this can be?
'I will find you the best deal possible'. What is your pricing strategy that you have to 'find' deals? Do you adjust prices based on skin color? Credit score? The accent of the caller?
Terrible business practice.
