The PSCCU website has been recently upgraded with improved UI and processes. However, it is not an improvement, unfortunately. Difficult to use, limited when you need a quick password reset, and few optional paths to follow if your account number does not match. Sorry but poorly tested, especially with customers.

I see I’m not the only person unimpressed by their level of professionalism. I have nothing to add to the other reviews, just echoing the extreme disappointment. Credit unions are supposed to be better than big banks. Not worse.

I’m a reasonable person, but this has been the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I called to get information for an easy way to pay off a loan. They send me to a “shared branching” to make a payment in person. The bank had no idea why I was there and had no idea about the shared banking. Once they figured it out, they were not able to take my full payment as the company stated would be possible and the whole reason I made a trip to the bank. I had to go to my bank to get a check to send in. After I sent in the check, I still owed more money to the loan. They took my automatic payment out like they do monthly and put the money into my savings. Then transferred 8 bucks over to pay off the loan without my permission. I asked for the account to be closed when the loan was paid off and now they are telling me there is an additional form that needs to be filled out. The company never sent me the form as promised. They have my correct email. I will have to call again for about the 12 time just to get my loan payed off. I wouldn’t not Recommend this company to anyone.

Pretty sure this credit union has the worst website ever. Nothing at all is easy on this website, not even making a loan payment. I forgot my password and was sent a temporary password reset. Their own issued temporary password locked me out of my account. You can't use the website without having to call their phone number, which defeats the purpose of doing things online. Can't remember the last time I tried to do business on such a terrible website. I am not happy at all with this credit union and will see about refinancing elsewhere - someone who invests in proper IT.

Their online Bill Pay has been completely broken for more then a year and despite letting them know about this problem they have made zero effort to fix this. Additionally their online system is incompatible with Plaid which makes transferring money with third party apps difficult and even impossible in some cases.

The most complicated process I have ever seen to open a cd account. I went to the Bellevue branch and I got told their system is down so I have to fill paper application so they can send it to a different branch. I just decided to take my business somewhere else since something doesn't look right.

Cheri was great in quickly setting up an Energy Efficiency Loan. The process from application submission, approval, DocuSign review, and funding took 1 day. Not days. Not weeks. Not jumping through hoops and giving up your first born. If only other financial institutions were this easy to work with.Very simple process. Easy communications via phone and email. Cheri and PSCCU made this process painless.

Energy Smart Solar/Energy Efficiency loans drive the WA Solar industry. I have worked with hundreds of customers over the years go solar with PSCCU's loan program and have never heard negative feedback about their loan officers or loan process. They understand the value of customer support and effective communication!

The staff at the Renton office are always helpful and I love how quick you can get in and out. Been banking there for years. Top notch in my book.

Incompetent much? I have a solar energy loan through PSCCU. the loan has been paid via transfers from the savings attached to the loan but suddenly they are sending me email saying that my loan payment is past due, even though I have more than enough in my savings to transfer for the payment. I tried logging into my online banking account and have encountered nothing but problems I set this account up over a year ago when the loan was set up with no issues. Now I can't login and when I call the bank to get help, a young lady with no experience says "my manager says you should use Chrome (tried that--didn't work)" Then she says " my managers says to turn off your popup blockers." Nope. I ask them to have IT call me to get it straightened out but nothing. My advice: stay FAR away from this company.

Multiple Levels of Incompetence and Disdain I got an energy loan from Puget Sound Cooperative Credit Union (PSCCU) in September of 2018. I set up an automatic withdrawal from my checking account to insure that all payments to them were timely and predictable. Barb in Tacoma at phone number (253) 476-6435 did not file my paperwork, though she admits she got it on time. Barb refuses to give her last name. As a result, my account went two months past due. I did not pay much attention to the mail I got from PSCCU. I assumed that the mails were confirmation of my EFT. Nope. I opened an email in October to find I was already two months past due. I was turned into a credit bureau as delinquent. I talked to Teri Long (253) 476-6437 who told me it was their fault I was dinged at Transunion, and that she'd take care of it and send me a letter stating that the ding was in error. I arranged to make double payments for two months, since making three payments at once would require I use savings to make the payments. I also bought a car. The ding on my credit record has not been corrected. When I called her, Teri told me that of coarse she hasn't filed that paper work; my loan is not caught up yet. She did not tell me that I had to be paid up before she'd correct their error in our first conversation. The ding nearly upped the cost of my auto loan by 3%. I was caught by surprise. There were undisclosed requirements for PSCCU to fix their error on my credit report? Now, in December, according to Barb, my "entry was deleted," she does not know who did that. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend PSCCU for anything. They are incompetent and do not tell the whole truth.
