This pharmacy consistently fails to have prescriptions available or delivered on the day they are supposed to be filled, including medications that are harmful to miss dosages of. They also seem perennially understaffed and communication between staff is poor. I would avoid this location until QFC can get its act together.

They get prescriptions filled so much more quickly than other pharmacys in the area, always answer their phone, and expedite things when needed. If you have you phone number setup they notify you promptly when they receive and fill your medications.

Nothing like having a employee like Kam scream what you're picking up for everyone to hear and screaming at people for not lining up into a unobvious spot in the aisles.
Workers here are always upset and I mean ALWAYS. They'll take their aggression out on you.
Often doesn't even have your medication ready even after days that they recieve it and suddenly when you get there to pick it up, they happen to have it on the counter but not yet filled.
Go elsewhere, this place doesn't respect your privacy, time or you.

They are kind and they were very quick to repair a mistake that my doctor office made and I was able to get my medication that I needed that same day. Another shopper inside the QFC interrupted the conversation I was having with the pharmacist assistant and the pharmacist assistant started answering their question when they should have asked that person to hold on until they were done with me. I recommend they finished with their customer that they have in front of them first before letting someone interrupt a conversation other than that this pharmacy is convenient

Van is very rude and makes me feel uncomfortable. I’ve been filling pain medication prescriptions there once a month for a few years now. If Pam isn’t there there is always a problem. After reading the negative reviews I am surprised that this has not been addressed. I am clearly not the only one that has an issue with her.
After my last experience, I’ve decided to have my prescriptions sent somewhere else. My pain management doctor requested I switch pharmacies because of the belligerent way his office manager Was spoken to when Van answered the phone. This was the final straw.

Van the pharmacist spent a lot of time telling me general things and told me to wait an hour for my prescription to be refilled. When I could see the medication, but she said they have to still process it and they need an hour for that. As soon as I left within 7 minutes I receive a call from them telling me the order is ready. Are they kidding me I waited so long and so much wasted energy and I was in the middle of the freeway. Horrible Service. Pam the lead has to train them on professionalism and how to do their job.

We visited to get a flu shot, but the staff member we encountered was extremely impatient and rude. I simply tried to ask a question, but she reacted unkindly because it was her lunch break—even though she wasn’t eating and was standing at the door. Very disappointing experience.

The woman who was working today at 3:50 p.m. had no patience. She had me on hold for 7 minutes, did not clearly explain the answer to my question, and abruptly cut off my call in a very rude manner because there are two more people waiting.

My biggest complain is when I called I never got it through. It was answered by machine and I never got routed to a real human being. The question I had didn't fit into machine's parameter. So if you want to talk to a pharmacist, good luck!

As of late this store has proved to be one of my favorite grocery stores. I appreciate how they've been able to provide me with assistance whenever needed.

At 12:30 PM, stood in front of the deli counter waiting for someone to help me for 15 minutes. No one asked to take my order, although several employees were walking in front of me behind the counter! So, I just left the store. Not coming here again.

Everytime I go to pick up refills, I get very unpleasant vibe, especially the front lady. She first said there was no more refills left so they needed to call my doctor. It would take upto 48 hours. Then she said it is ready to pick up. So, what's going on? No clear explanation from anyonr. It is just unhappy environment.
