My biggest complain is when I called I never got it through. It was answered by machine and I never got routed to a real human being. The question I had didn't fit into machine's parameter. So if you want to talk to a pharmacist, good luck!

At 12:30 PM, stood in front of the deli counter waiting for someone to help me for 15 minutes. No one asked to take my order, although several employees were walking in front of me behind the counter! So, I just left the store. Not coming here again.

Everytime I go to pick up refills, I get very unpleasant vibe, especially the front lady. She first said there was no more refills left so they needed to call my doctor. It would take upto 48 hours. Then she said it is ready to pick up. So, what's going on? No clear explanation from anyonr. It is just unhappy environment.

WATCH OUT FOR COCA-COLA VENDOR Today while I was buying a lot of coke products in the QFC Factoria soft drink aisle, a Coca-Cola vendor [as identified by Samantha the store manager] walked up behind me, and evidently became annoyed having a Coca-Cola consumer in his way. He started a series major bullying plays. With products to stock on the shelves in his hands, he reached right over my head almost banging into my head several times, then started sticking his arm directly in front of my face while I was just trying to gather Coca-Cola products. Whoever this Coca-Cola vendor is, he obviously did not care about the harm he was causing to the reputation of the QFC managers by bullying their customers. Watch out for any Coca-Cola vendors you see in this QFC location, you could be hurt just trying to purchase Coca-Cola product when this guy is around. He evidently is so arrogant that customers of his employers mean nothing to him. He treats them as invisible. Samantha, self-identified as that location's store manager, assured me she would discuss this bullying behavior with the Coca-Cola vendor. I am posting this to alert QFC Factoria customers to be on the lookout for this bully so you don't get hurt badly.

Been shopping at this location for years. Use to be really nice. Produce was fresh and full. Now it is not the same story. Produce is always empty and quality is poor. Realize people blame everything on supply chain. I also work in the business and this is not the case at all. Fred Meyer is also owned by the same company. Shop there now. Product is full and fresh.

I came to get mine cream, cashier Amy asked my personal details after taking out the cream and said that I have to wait 20 minutes because it is not ready yet (but she held it in her hands). I was the only customer in the pharmacy and there were 3 employees who were doing their own things and could not give me one cream right away, I had to wait 20 minutes. Terrible service!

The checker was texting on her phone and made me check out an entire cart full at the self checkout with one arm as I held my baby the entire time. Not everything fit on the scale and I dropped many items. She watched as our bag broke and my kids and I picked it all up. Zero help from the checker. I tried to speak to her and was ignored. I'll be shopping at the Safeway where the checker will open a register for customers that need it.

I like this store and it has good produce and meat. However they really need to train their people who are bagging the groceries. The past few times they have overloaded bags to the extent that they're difficult to lift and carry. Do they honestly think that a 70 year lady wants to try to lift and carry 18# bags? I weighed mine today and they ranged from around 11 to 18#. They need to know not to put all of the milk in one and not all of the cans in one. It needs to be dispersed with some light and some heavy in each bag. Please do some training!

Do not go to this QFC location if you value your health. Nevermind double-masking, the place was completely mobbed, and I saw more than five customers not wearing masks at all. I turned on my heel and left.
