They do not have cashiers most of the time. Their self check out machines do not work right. You try to select something by touching the screen but nothing happens. The attendant was acting like she was doing us a favor when we were pretty much doing her job. All this happened Thursday 18th in the morning but pretty much happens all the time.

If you dont need help . Then you are OK.
Get your groceries done , pay & leave.
If you need help , then this place will make you feel bad.
Prices are not best. But ok
Manager does not have good customer service,not friendly person towards customers. So does employees.
Good fresh quality Groceries .

Not the greatest grocery store, but not the worst either. Not even the worst QFC really. Our QFC at Lake Hills is pretty decent. As with most grocery stores in the US, I wish the produce was higher quality, I wish that they had a better deli selection and more knowledgeable deli staff and a better meat case and more knowledgeable stuff. That said, the folks work in the these areas do their best and are very nice.

This store needs more staff. Tried finding a locked skincare item. Range the bell, no response for around ten minutes. Took a photo of the tag, found an employee and asked for help, got no help. Finally get to self checkout, ask for help with finding the item, I'm told the attendant can't leave the area (understandable), I ask if he can ask someone to bring it up, and I'm told no, he then reiterates that he can't leave the area ( I didn't ask him to.). I had to go back to meet the person, who took another five minutes. Nearly fifteen minutes waiting for assistance for a single item is pretty crazy. This was not a good experience, which is funny, because my family refers to this location as the 'Good QFC'
