Joe, the slowest checker I have ever seen, just walked off and left us next in line, waiting for another checker. When she arrived, she couldn't get logged into the system. No one came to assist her. After 10 minutes additional waiting, we abandoned our groceries and went to Safeway, which was a much better experience.

Been using this store for years. More expensive than most but the produce, poultry, fish and meats are top quality. I never buy canned goods there because they are less expensive somewhere else. Overall though, I've had great experiences at this store, and the staff is friendly and eager to help.

QFC is my absolute go to place for basically anything. There is such a variety, and options for all types of diets. They have fresh sushi every day, as well as poke bowls or Bulgogi bowls, the bakery is stacked with yummy desserts, the shelves and fridges are always stocked with my favorite drinks and snacks (my personal go-tos are zero sugar Vitamin Waters and Kettle Brand Pepperoncini Chips). There is also always a colorful selection of plants, both inside and outside. Also, the location in the center of Crossroads is AMAZING and boosts the convinience factor to one million. I am absolutely obsessed with this place (I go like 5/7 days of the week), and would definitely recommend stopping by. The workers here especially are also so sweet.

There are no cash register open except u-scan, but the system is super stupid today (they asked me to put the scanned item in the bag when I already did, and they need the cashier to double check the total item number). The line is super long.. I'd suggest avoid QFC today.Whatever QFC did to update their system, they need to revert it back. Because It ain't working.

I was sold an expired item. The three staff members I talked to for assistance were all unfriendly and displayed micro aggression given that I’m a nonwhite person who did not grow up in this area. Disappointed and will never come back. There are a lot of better options for grocery around this area

Checker asked for my ID for a bottle of cooking wine. It was odd because I'm 52 and obviously of age. She then took my id and scanned like an item. I googled that and it's a way for companies to collect information. The ACLU isn't pleased and neither am I.

This is a small store, however the selection is really great! And they stay open late.

Pretty good store and friendly employees. The hourly people definitely need more help on the floor. And not enough cashiers

QFC flyer is the same as Fred Meyer flyer now. They are own by the same parent company. This QFC has better stock than say Fred Meyer. I like how clean their store is and how organize everything is. This QFC is connected to mall or foodcourt of the mall. Free parking is available outside of QFC.

3 years ago this review would be 5 stars but after firing their best employees, and crazy price increases over the last two years, this store that I've shopped at the last 4 years isn't going to have me return as a customer. The cashiers all look like they have died inside and act like it, too. Often, because they only seem to have a few people trained to run customer service, and often they will have no one at the counter who can help with returns and/or put money on your orca card.

I have lived 2 miles from this store for 25+ years. This is the worst QFC in the area.It's QFC quality at Safeway customer service, often time worse. For example at 5:30pm there was 1 checker open. I had to ring up and bag $170 in groceries or wait till hell freezed over to get out of that place. This is the norm. Trust me, if you can shop at a different QFC, I suggest you do so.
