I called the Bellevue location and talked to Shelly, I described to her my weaving projects and that I needed a sewing machine to help me with serging ends as well as hem thicker rolled fabric. I was stuck at work and couldn't go in person to look at machines right away, and she was so patient and knowledgeable..we discussed several options that could work for me. Ultimately I was able to make it in before they closed and she helped me again, spent time with me doing demonstrations with machines there. She was so helpful, I'm so thankful there is a shop with so many wonderful people working! I love my new machines, I'm 110% happy with my purchases and would highly recommend this store!

Cheryl is an excellent teacher and helped me progress a great deal with my quilting project. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about what she does, giving me lots of sewing tips. All other staff in the store are also very pleasant, friendly, and helpful as well. I am so glad this place provides in person and virtual sewing classes. You can also purchase essential sewing supplies, beautiful quilting fabrics and machines as well. I will definitely return to this place!

Hannah was so helpful and got my 8 year old's machine working correctly while explaining it all to me so I'd be able to help her next time something went wrong. Really appreciated it and it saved the weekend sewing project!

I recently visited the Bellevue Quality Sewing & Vacuum location and my experience was wonderful. The store is beautiful and the people working there are friendly and professional. Getting a warranty repair done on a used sewing machine that I bought at the Issaquah location (now closed); turned out to be an easy and fast endeavor 👍.

We originally visited Quality Sewing & Vacuum to buy the Miele Cat & Dog, but ended up leaving with the SEBO E3 Premium — and we couldn’t be more grateful. Shelly at the store took the time to explain why the SEBO would be a perfect fit for our home and allergy concerns, and she was absolutely right.
Not only did she patiently walk us through the differences, but she also generously included the additional pet tools we needed. That gesture sealed the deal for us, and it made all the difference.
After two deep cleans and regular daily use, we can confidently say the SEBO E3 has exceeded our expectations. The suction is incredibly powerful, the tools are thoughtfully designed, and it’s so easy to maneuver — even around tight spaces and under furniture. Most importantly, it’s helped us reduce our allergies significantly and our cat's asthma too.

As a bag maker, I love having a brick and mortar store with bag making supplies! It's a small section, but they've got bag hardware, zippers, a lot of the By Annie products (mesh, elastic, foam, patterns) and some Pellon interfacing and stabilizer products. With Joann closing down, I hope they expand their Pellon product line.

I purchased my wonderful sewing machine there more than 25 years ago They guided me through as I learned about my new machine and even helped with walk in questions. They still offers free sewing class snd I am now encouraging my ESL daughter in law to take the classes. She can take her sewing machine and learn about all it can do just as I did. A real confidence booster for her.I called QSV and explained the situation. Their answer - no problem! I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Pam and everyone there did an exemplary job fixing my old Kirby G7D. Done quickly, below my personal estimate of component/labor time/money.
They even fixed things that I messed up trying to do myself at no cost on the bill! There are a lot of tricks these people can do quickly that YouTube can't adequately teach.
