I shop at the Bellevue store. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! I bought both of my sewing machine from the Bellevue store and I've been very happy with their classes and service. They now have beautiful quality quilting fabrics.

From the moment we entered the store, (we were greeted and helped right away) until we came back to pick up my machine, everyone was gracious and kind. Helpful and explained every one of our concerns. My machine was repaired and it was like new again. After u sing it when I returned home it ran beautifully. Thanks again for doing such a great job including customer service! very inviting and helpful!

QSV is a big favorite of mine. The people in Bellevue are like family without the negatives. The store carries a somewhat small but delightful selection of fabrics. This is important, as there are so few fabric shops anymore. Plus they are also carrying accessories and patterns for quilting and making bags or other non-clothing items. They have a wide assortment of sewing machines and related machines as well. I love going into this store to shop or get help/hints for a project, except for the Floriani threads. They are not of the quality as their other products are. Sew Fun meetings are invigorating, as the members are friendly and congenial. This is a great place to shop!

UPDATE DECEMBER 4, 2023: MISSION CRITICAL CORRECTION! This is a correction to my last update re: the Windsor Kärcher (W-K) S2 12 HEPA Vacuum. The proper reset procedure when the vacuum shuts off and shows the orange "check brush" is. 1...FIRST unplug 2...THEN remove clog from brush area 3...Depress yellow foot operated off/on switch to reset "check brush" (should see indicator change from orange to white) 4...Replug 5...Resume vacuuming I had steps one and two reversed in my last update. One should NEVER service a vacuum while it's plugged in! BUT MY W-K WENT KAPUT AGAIN! Also, I've had to bring this vacuum in again because the "check brush" indicator came on again while vacuuming today. This time I could not find a clog in the brush area, nor could I reset it per step 3. The indicator would turn from orange to white after resetting it (while not plugged in). But then after I plug it in again, and tried turning it on, it turns orange again, and the machine will not stay on. Also, while trying to work on it myself before I brought it in today, the little yellow spring-loaded trap door at the bottom of the floorhead came loose. AND SO IT'S BACK TO THE VAC SHACK JACK And so I had Jesse look at it again, hoping I could have a free come back repair. But since it's been two months since I had it in last time, he told me it would cost $70 to fix the problem which would require removing the brushroll. Removing the brushroll on this model is "not easy." The time period for no charge comebacks is 30 days. This is reasonable. But he had no problem with reinstalling the yellow trap door for no charge, saying that was easy. So I had him only reinstall the trap door. THEREFORE IT'S TIME TO OFFER IT UP! But I've decided that since this model requires a complicated procedure, just to remove the brushroll (with Bissells, Hoovers, Dirt Devils, Eurekas, and even Sharks, that was easy) and that the yellow trap door came loose while I was not trying to remove it (last time, I removed it on purpose, but was not able to get it back on.), I therefore decided that I am going to Offer it Up (probably for free) to anyone who is adept at working on this model, especially if that person is an aficionado of W-K vacuums. Anyway, I have 4 upright vacuums and I need to declutter. So it's just as well.

This store has an excellent staff, a wide assortment of sewing and embroidery machines, and has a fantastic trade-up program for the machines they sell. In a little more than two weeks I have traded up twice to a machine with greater capabilities, and each time the trade up process went smoothly. I have already attended one free training session on basic sewing, and will soon be attending more classes on embroidery and sergers. I couldn't be happier.

I love Quality Sewing and Vacuum and especially the Bellevue location. Everyone who works there is so helpful and happy. The have the supplies I need for sewing most of the time or they can order them in. Additionally they have classes and one-on-one project help sessions that have really allowed me to feel more confident in my sewing skills.

Love this store! Came in to buy a sewing machine and Shelly spent several hours over 2 days showing me the ins and outs of each machine. So patient and no pressure. Her love for sewing/embroidery was truly contagious! Bought a refurbished machine, signed up for several classes and am looking forward to beginning my sewing/craft journey. BTW, I had been a loyal customer of this store for years, bringing my vacuum cleaners in for service/repair.
