Rapid Refill Ink offers excellent customer service, with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. Despite high prices, their inks are still more affordable than brand-name cartridges. The inks they sell are long-lasting, with a warranty, and produce high-quality photos. Customers appreciate the local, straightforward service they receive from the same friendly staff, who have been in business for over 20 years.
Excellent customer service.high prices for something generic, but everything is getting too expensive, so what the heck. Why couldn't this be the same.
But it is still cheaper than those outrageously priced brand name cartridges.

Incredibly helpful staff, they were able to share a lot of knowledge about my old printer and helping me decide whether it was worth continuing to use. The inks they sold me were very affordable, and produced incredible photos with no issues. I appreciate that they provide a warranty on their inks too.

A good service, there aren't many options to refill your ink cartridges. They sell remanufactured cartridges, not knockoffs.
