Excellent customer service.high prices for something generic, but everything is getting too expensive, so what the heck. Why couldn't this be the same.
But it is still cheaper than those outrageously priced brand name cartridges.

Incredibly helpful staff, they were able to share a lot of knowledge about my old printer and helping me decide whether it was worth continuing to use. The inks they sold me were very affordable, and produced incredible photos with no issues. I appreciate that they provide a warranty on their inks too.

They've been here for more than 20 years. I get the XL cartridges and they last in the printer. We use for occasional use. I purchase back up ones Inks last 6-12 months of unopened. Test to see if you have ink- tap the ribbon on some paper towel- color bleeds out, you still got ink! That what they did for me when I asked if I have ink. Service- straight forward. I see the same person, always nice, local feel.

I have only used RAPID REFILL a couple times, but it was easy, everyone was knowledgeable & helpful. One of my 're-maufactured' cartridges is having issues (My laser printer is a more obscure brand) but they immediately offered a free replacement & stood behind their guarantee. I drove 30 mins to the storefront, hadn't noticed they have free shipping if ordering several cartridges at once (well-worth it).

A good service, there aren't many options to refill your ink cartridges. They sell remanufactured cartridges, not knockoffs.

Every time I come in here, I have always found the people to be very friendly and helpful. They always had the ink that I needed as well. They accept used cartridges as partial credit for replacement "Rapid Fill" print cartridges. They do not sell brand name ink cartridges, but only their own lower cost refilled ink cartridges. But they do carry "Rapid Refill" cartridges for every major brand name of computer printers. But printer manufacturers clearly prefer that you use their own brand of ink. That's why some printers are sold so cheap, so as to keep selling you their more expensive ink. What a scam! So if you've ever installed a "non-kosher" printer cartridge, then you know that your printer will let you know that it is not their brand of ink, and it will ask you if you wish to continue using it anyway (at least with Epson printers). It may even warn you that your printer warranty will be void if you use "foreign" ink. And it would not surprise me if it did not even allow you to use the "outlaw" ink. But my guess would be that that practice is outlawed. In any case, it may well be that "Rapid Refill" cartridges do not last as long or perform as well as original brand name cartridges. Or so the printer manufacturers would have you believe. But I cannot say for sure one way or the other.

I love these people. I was finishing an important project and, of course I ran out of ink. Its like gas. I always think I have a tiny bit more. Nope. So ran to RR. I was in such a rush I left my wallet at home. They actually et me take the ink, finish my project and pay the next day. Wow!!!
