This post is intended as a huge shout out and thank you to the staff at this Ray Ban location. My girl friend (who has a visual impairment and is legally blind) and I went to this location to learn more about the Ray Ban Meta glasses to see if it could help her with day to day things. The staff was so patient and kind, walking us through all the details, options, special features, pro tips. We spent at least 1.5 hours there looking through everything. We felt so supported and informed by the end. We absolutely love the glasses and she thinks they will be so helpful for her. Ultimately the lenses she wanted were discontinued this week (transition watermelon) so we’re hoping that they come back soon and she’s so excited to try them. Anyway, didn’t get their names but whoever was working Saturday may 10th at 6pm really went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it.

Amazing service here! One of the workers repaired a missing nose piece from my glasses and tightened my frames, all very quick and fast. Highly recommend coming here for any needs you may need!

Was walking by and remembered that my Ray Bans became off center (resting on one cheek but not the other)
The guy working there happily fixed it and didn't charge me for it. He also told me that they became off center because I kept putting them on my head, so to avoid that if I can :)
