I arrived at 11am to a sign on the door saying they would be open at 2pm today. Waited in Bellevue for THREE hours just to buy a lumbar support pillow for travel. 2.20pm and still no one has shown up and now I get to enjoy rush hour traffic. If you intend to be closed all day, please just say that. My back couldn’t be feeling any less relaxed thanks to this. What an enormous waste of my time.

I can’t speak to product quality as the desktop never arrived, just the base. Customer service is blaming an unnamed vendor, but it’s been a month and I have no information if this order will ever be filled.

This Bellevue store deserves more than 5 stars. Based on their expertise, I purchased a very expensive (and beautiful) lift chair. Then it started making grinding noises. As directed by the brochure, I called the manufacturer. Complete run-around. They said to call the corporate office. Also, no help. When I went to the store. William, the manager, listened to my problem, said I shouldn't have to deal with the run-around, and the next day, Gerald delivered a brand new chair to my house. He was both highly professional and friendly. He paid close attention to what had gone wrong with the original chair, then set up the new one exactly the way I wanted it. I cannot recommend the store and the way it is managed strongly enough. If you have back pain or just want very comfortable furniture, they are the best.

My order from September 28, 2024 still has not been delivered as of August 1, 2025.
I ordered 2 custom desk chairs and paid for delivery to two separate addresses.
1. One chair was completed in November but was delivered to the other address. I had to haul the desk chair to the appropriate address all by myself. No delivery fee was refunded despite their error.
2. I called in February and May to check in on the second chair. In February, they said it would be an additional wait because the factory is backed up. In May, they said they never actually placed this order. They finally put the order in noted as expedited.
It is August now, and the store will not pick up any of my calls to give me an update. This is a horrible business, especially for a chair that costed me $3,169.00 + tax + delivery.
I see that the business owner will respond to some Google Reviews. Hopefully they will respond to mine too.

Total lack of respect for the customer and their time. Relax the Back, Bellevue made 3 separate appointments with us to correct the situation, ALL 3 Appointments were NO CALL, NO SHOW!!! At the company that I retired from, this was considered NO JOB! They have totally destroyed our trust in their company.

Great chair for my home theatre. Comfortable and adjustable. On the down side is they don’t go quite as vertical as I would like when you are sitting up.

I have been calling this store since they opened at 10am, it is now 4pm, and no one answers the phone. No choice but to leave 1 star since I can’t talk to an employee.

I've had an excellent experience at this RTB location. They were listed as (at the time of writing) the only dealer that stocked the Anthros chair. When I arrived at the showroom William was pleasant and professional to deal with, and was quite knowledgeable about the chair's features. He helped me through a custom order, matched an ongoing Anthros promo price, and kept me posted on its status whenever I checked in. But that's not why I'm leaving this review - for various reasons the chair ended up not working out for me. William was super helpful in extending the trial period to give me more time to work out any kinks with the chair, even providing some useful tips and tricks to try. When I finally decided to return the chair there was no fuss whatsoever and I left feeling confident that if I have any additional seating needs I won't hesitate to return to William at this RTB.

Will is not only a great man, but knows his stuff and is honest. If you love being oversold something you don’t need and can’t afford, don’t come here... For example, I came in last Friday and Will showed me several products that provide lumbar support for my car’s seat. These are quality products and that is reflected in the price, so Will encouraged me to leave and come in on Monday when there’s a sale going on. I came in on Monday and also met his brother Joe, an amazing man who does the deliveries and helps around the store. I had a hard time deciding between two and Will eased the decision and I drove away with a super deal. I owe you one, Will! God bless you both.
