I was told by a male pharmacist that I had a prescription ready for pick up. He said that it had been approved by insurance. He even mentioned the medication name and confirmed that.
When I got there none of those things were true. The medication wasn’t approved by my insurance, or ready to pick up. This is medicine that will help my quality of life a lot and I understand mistakes happen but this felt more intentional and possibly cruel.

Why is this location open still? There is NOTHING the shelves barely. Looks like a ghost town. Empty and dusty and old. Close the store already!

Suggestion to Rite Aid…just turn yourself into pharmacy only. You barely have any stock in the store. Welcome to the new America. Sad and depressing.

Compared many pharmacies, this one cost most for same medicine with same insurance. Most expensive place, avoid!

I am rushing to make it to this location to get my medication. The pharmacy closes at 8pm (on website) It was 7:58 and all closed down, I know it is late but should still be open right. Nope. Don't get your medicine here if you want to be able to pick it up within the timeframe you thought open

The employees were nice, no complaint there. But the store was practically empty in terms of products. The shelves were all half empty and they didn't have the one thing I came for. Why have a store if there is nothing on the shelf?

Oh, you're going to find nothing you need here, but this Rite Aid location is so bad, IT'S AWESOME. If a store could represent depression and self loathing, it's this place. It's like walking into post apocalyptic zombie land: shelves empty, half the store divided off, trashed flooring and janky Port AC units. HILARIOUSLY run down! I didn't talk to staff. I just wanted to pop over for a bottle of cold water, maybe pick up a card and magazine. They had none of it. I just wondered the oddly placed shelves in awe.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. They told me they won't accept any controlled prescriptions from Telehealth doctors that are out of state months ago, and then they kept refilling them for months afterwards "by mistake" just to tell me again that they can't refill them. If you call and get a female pharmacist that works there now, I'd suggest you tell her to make up her mind about what they can and can't refill. Since the company is going bankrupt anyway, this location will probably close soon, so my suggestion is go to another pharmacy.

I went to Riteaid for a prescription. The store was so clean and the shelves well stocked and tidy. The staff at the register and in the pharmacy were helpful and I enjoyed engaging in conversations with them.

I am surprised around all the negative comments about this pharmacy. In this day and age it is important to have empathy; and when you offer understanding you are more likely to receive it back. Pharmacies are strained in the post Covid world with more responsibilities, more hours, more protocols, basically more demands. I have been a customer here for well over a decade and every pharmacist and tech I have encountered has been helpful and kind.

This used to be my local pharmacy for years, I moved out of the area and recently came back, stopped by this location, and sadly, it has changed so much, the store feels sad, the staff even worse, and customer service even for the pharmacy is just rude and uncaring.

Stay away from this Pharmacy. Tram Nguyen was the pharmacist mgr here and one of the rudest and most unhelpful person I have ever met! These folks are here to help people and sad to see Rite Aid employs people like her who should not be in the business of serving patients.She was supported by another service rep- Jinky, who was feeding on each others rude behavior and she did not know what she was talking about and gave wrong information. Combination of rudeness and ineptitude!
